We served our Butler County Guests for over 25 years from our pick up and delivery pizzeria on Fountains Blvd. As the Lakota-West Chester community has grown, though, so has the need for a warm and inviting place for families to sit down and enjoy a meal together. That’s why we’ve moved across the street (by Walmart) and built a brand new pizzeria with a dining room with comfortable seating for you, your family and friends. We even have a party room that can accommodate more than 30 Guests for any kind of get-together. Of course, we still offer our 40+ menu selections, including our famous LaRosa family recipes, for pick up and delivery. We hope you’ll come by to see us, soon.

Fourth time I have purchased boneless wings from this location with small pieces of metal in the chicken. They pierce the metal wrapping and inject small pieces of metal into the chicken likely to check the temperature for safety. I have asked to have this noted in my account not to do this multiple times to their call center. I have texted images to their manager at the location personal cell phone. Completely unacceptable. Ive never been compensated for any of these issues Ive brought to their attention. I know I’m not the only one this happens to. If you like metal in your chicken this is the five star place for you!

Our visit was quick and the food was great. I’m comparing this location to several others around the region and was pleasantly surprised. Several of the locations in northern Kentucky failed to meet expectations. This was the classic, quality LaRosa’s I was looking for.

It would have been 5 stars, bc the food and our servers, who’s name was Ashley Matthew and Olivia was amazing. However the manager, Jordan needs to seriously be reconsidered as a manger. We had a large party of about 30 (Co-workers and we gave a days notice) our server Ashley and Olivia did an amazing job taking our orders, making our salads and then getting out our orders to all 30 people. The so call manager Jordan walked around, wouldn’t help make salads, take orders or help ring us out when it was time for us to pay. Instead we could hear her yelling at Ashely and Olivia , who was the only waitress’s there and was running around taking care of everyone in the dinning area, with a pleasant attitude I might add. Jordan seemed to care more about drinking her energy that she grabbed out the cooler then assisting.

Dined yesterday with about 28 of my co-wor, we arranged in advanced to have the larger room available. When seated we met with our Server Ashley and as well as Olivia who was training. I could tell she was overwhelmed but Ashley and Olivia rocked it out!!!!!! Ashley took everyone’s orders, ran back and forth gathering drinks, she made everyone’s salad herself, and both her and Olivia brought out our food. These two were fantastic; they were friendly, efficient, fast and kept a calm head even with having to serve 28 or so people all on their own. So now it’s time to check out my large crew to check out and guess who also plays the roll of the cashier, Ashley. And she is struggling to do this all her self as she walks back and forth from the counter to the back register. We’re all patient and showing Ashley grace but it was disturbing when I saw the manager hanging out at the front counter, not speaking to anyone, not smiling, not assisting even though the front area is flooded with customer waiting to pay. The most she did was pop open her energy drink and walk away. I was appalled when I realized who the manager was. The manager Jordan absolutely did not show good leadership qualities. You all are going to lose great employees all because you don’t have supporting leadership. Other than that the food was great and Ashley is a freakin rock star and Olivia was awesome even as a new associate.

I will NEVER order from Larosas again. Horrible customer service. And the manager needs to be removed from his position. People beware that the drivers will call the police on their kids if they are too loud and say they thought they heard a domestic dispute. A word to the drivers if you don’t hear someone screaming for help or getting beat up mind your own business while at someone’s door because you don’t get paid for your thoughts. You get paid to deliver pizza that’s all.

Just picked up my food and I have to say that it was a wast of money the garlic bread was cold their was no cheese on half of the pizza and the Spaghetti was so nasty very disappointed in LaRosas my Mothers day dinner was a big fail. I have to say after I left my review they quickly responded and made thing right and gave me a credit for my order so thanks LaRosa’S so I will know change my review from a one to a 3 and hope next time the food is much better.
