After 30 years of ordering LaRosa’s, this was the worst Pizza I ever got. Ordered from the Bridgetown LaRosa’s. The presentation was atrocious there were literally puddles of grease I mean look at the photos that is just wrong. Unfortunately, i did not open the box up until I was halfway home and when I did, disappointment was immediately felt. I spoke with one of the managers Chloe and all she could give us was a partial $10 credit when the pizza was damn near $20 LOL!

Ordered a Hawaiian Pizza a couple of days ago that was really bad. Almost no sauce, very little cheese at all and the rest of the toppings sparse at best. Called to get my money back and the rude customer service worker offered me $5 on my next delivery. No Thanks! This place has continued to decline and speaking to centralized Customer Service is pathetic. Do better Larosas. I will not be ordering from here again. There’s much better choices nearby. Very Disappointing.

Just not happy with LaRosa’s any more. My cheese pizza was cut so crazy and it wasn’t even cut all the way through. Some pieces were super tiny and some pieces were huge! My crust on both pizza’s is hard and chewy. They are way more expensive than the other place I order from and their delivery fee is also higher. Sad that it seems they have really gone down hill.

Was given RAW chicken wings. Only thing that could be offered to me was a credit for more larosas… like I’d REALLY want to eat more after that. No thank you. Don’t waste your money here, they’ll give you food poisoning in return.

Got raw food on a few occasions. What does it take to get cook food. Wish i could post a photo with this. Sorry this should be on the boudinot location. But i do have this wonderful picture to show.
