Highly recommend Mi Corazoñ Mexican Restaurant in Spanish Fork. It was my Husband’s and I first time eating here!! The food is delicious!!!! The flavors are exquisite. We ordered the Quesabirria Tacos with Consome – Combo #3 & Camarones a la Diabla. By far the best FOOD in Utah County no doubt.

Okay so honest review time. We have gluten free requirements in our family due to celiac. I always call ahead and ask about a gluten free menu and gluten free options. They said we don’t have a gluten free menu but lots of things can be made gluten free. Generally speaking that means that more than the side salad can be made gluten free but not in this case. We sat down asked the waiter and after back and forth with the chef the side salad was the only thing she could eat. Okay fine, add chicken and it’s a meal right? Not ideal but we roll. Chicken was quite rubbery and was either undercooked or overcooked. Had to send the salad back 85% uneaten. I’m not the kind of person to demand I don’t get charged for a meal like this. I like to roll the dice with the customer service to see if they own up. They did not. Got the ticket fully charged for it.

I paid and they paid. We both paid! Me for the food, them for this review. My guess is that they paid more.

Atmosphere was nice though. Had our own booth and with 3 small kids that’s nice.

Chips and salsa: OK
Guacamole: meh
Gluten free food: -10
The chips and salsa and good kids food options were why we bumped a star. I wish them the best and hope they take constructive criticism and make it happen!

Maybe I did the wrong choice on ordering for delivery, I was sick so I was looking forward to this meal, the torta wasn’t even a torta it came very soggy and the bread was disgusting. Either way it’s very overpriced for the food you get.

Better than your typical sit down Mexican restaurant! You can tell the salsa is homemade as well as most of the ingredients in their food. Portions are HUGE too! Honestly I don’t get the people leaving bad reviews, this place is a much better experience than any other Mexican restaurant in Utah!!

Mi Corazon is a nice local Mexican restaurant that feels welcoming and relaxed. I’ve been here for sit-down meals, and the food has always been satisfying. The menu has a good variety, and everything I’ve tried has been flavorful without being overly heavy. Service has been friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere makes it a comfortable place to eat. It’s a good option when you want Mexican food that feels local and familiar. A dependable spot that’s easy to come back to.

First time being here. When I got there it was about 3:00 p.m. was not very busy. But the staff was very friendly. I was seated quickly and they took my order. Didn’t wait long for my order. I had the chicken enchilada plate, comes with refried beans but you can get other types of beans, and Spanish rice. It also came with tomato soup. I got chips and salsa they’re free if you have a meal over $10 anything under you have to pay. The atmosphere was real pleasant. They had TVs and you can help yourself to the fountain drinks. Food was good. I will go back and try something else on the menu. Definitely well return.

My family and I went to this restaurant recently. The lady who served us was polite, but the service overall was lacking.

This restaurant was a recommendation from a friend, so we were excited to try for the first time! The place was empty and that was a concern for me. We ordered their pineapple fajita, which was a suggestion from our friend. We also ordered a ceviche, and a mojarra frita, which is my daughter’s favorite Mexican dish.

They first served us a small cup of soup, which I personally didn’t care for it and could not figure out what was in it. Then the meal came, except that they never added the rice and beans to my daughter’s dish, until I had to ask. Not good, specially when the restaurant is empty. The pineapple fajita was awful. It was probably the worst fajita I had in a long time. They seem to serve a very cheap quality beef, which was cut in big chunks, and it was definitely the toughest chunk of meat I ever ate. Even trying to cut with a knife was a challenge. The chicken didn’t taste fresh either. Even my husband who is a bit more forgiving when trying new places didn’t like the pineapple fajita, which they charge R$35.00 dollars for it.

My daughter’s mojarra frita was bland, lacking in flavor and her rice and beans came too late after she was already a bit disappointed with the dish. Her ceviche, which is another of her favorite Mexican dishes, did not have the familiar flavors she normally enjoys on a ceviche, and it was a big mess to eat! In the end, we left the restaurant hungry, and had to stop at a Taco Bell place to make sure we were not heading back home still hungry!

So, I cannot say that I would be able to recommend this place. We live in Mapleton and have tried to find good Mexican places to eat closer to home, but this restaurant didn’t make it to the list!

I was pretty surprised at how slow the restaurant was at 7:30pm on a Saturday night. There were only three or four parties of people that were there the whole time while we got our food and ate. I thought the food quality was pretty good but it seems to be a little overpriced for the laid-back layout of the restaurant. The service at the restaurant was great mainly because there were so few people and the food also came out relatively quickly. I thought the chips and salsa they brought out in the beginning was great. I would go back to eat here in the future.

Came here for the first time the other day and the food was amazing! However, I do need to note that I felt like our waitress provided sub-par service. I got the carnitas enchiladas with the red enchilada sauce. The rice was also some of the better rice I’ve had from a sit down Mexican restaurant. I would also rate the chips and salsa in my top 3, just be sure you like some heat! I’d definitely come back to try their birria or just get the enchiladas again. If you haven’t been here yet you definitely need to try it! There’s a reason they’ve been in business for so long.

Not my kind of resusturant. But food was fine. We were a big party, and food service was long. One of the food plates arrived some 12, minutes later than the first. When asked why? Told the kitchen was busy.
