Dunkin’ never disappoints. The coffee is consistently fresh just the right kick I need in the morning. I usually grab an iced caramel latte and a bacon, egg & cheese on a croissant both always come out delicious. The staff is friendly, fast, and they always get my order right.

Dunkin’ is my daily stop, and for good reason. The service is quick even when there’s a line, they move it fast. I love their iced coffees, and the new seasonal flavors are always fun to try. Their donuts are fresh and soft, especially the glazed and Boston Kreme. The app makes ordering super easy too. It’s the perfect spot when you want something quick, affordable, and satisfying.

Had a mobile order. Happy they had blueberry muchkins but the lady who worked the window had seem to have an attitude. Didn’t greet me or say anything when I said thank you. I’m big on manners so that’s why I rated it the way I did. Also they forgot my chipotle Aioli sauce which was fine, it was only $0.25 extra and I didn’t want to go back. Just check your order before you leave.

A big hit or miss. I used to go all of the time then one time they forgot my sweetened flavoring on a drink I was spending $6+ every morning. Ever since then it’s been awful. Drinks are always disgusting. Only good for food items. The new person for drive through is also extremely un welcoming and curt. Can barely understand the mumbles over the intercom.

We waited in line for quite some time about 4:15pm after noticing a sign that clearly stated $2.00 Lattes from 2-6pm, everyday. We ordered two Chai Lattes for ourselves and a sprinkled donut for our toddler. When we finally arrived at the pickup window the total was nearly $10. I asked why that was, the response was that Chai is excluded from the deal. However, the sign out front was very visible and had no exclusions and a sign next to it that read “Chai Latte, Signature Latte, Gingerbread Latte”. The signs are side by side. Any person would assume that these products are the promotional $2 items. The employee even came outside to view the signs and continued to argue that it “says they are not included.” It doesn’t say that anywhere. In my personal opinion I think Dunkin has horrible coffee and donuts but due to the convenience today, we tried to get something fast. We ended up with nothing in the end and a very bad taste for this franchise and specific location. We would not recommend Dunkin to anyone, especially if you try and use a coupon or enjoy a promotional item.
