Horrible service. Stood there at laredo taco factory for 10 min and asked when they opened. Lady making tortillas said when she’s done making tortillas. 2nd woman walked up and never acknowledged us. We passed on food and grabbed drinks only due to fly’s landing all over food.

You have to get the fresh food for it to count. 7am and 10:30am are the times to get it. Unfortunately they close it early and there will be very few selections. This last time I went had nearly 10 different entrees to choose from! When the food is fresh, I end up taking 3 meals with me togo! Love the food!

The sign says they open restaurant at 3am. It’s 5am and the guy is not ready because he overslept! I ask him what time he’ll be ready and he gives me lip with attitude and tells me he’s not gonna serve until his “partner arrives”! He has food ready! This is a Truck Stop, truckers head out early! Imagine if I told my customer that his load will get there when it gets there, pretty soon I’ll be out of customers!

I have been I have been there quite a few times since they opened and I was back in the Cotulla area so I stopped this morning. Some tacos. They have a special on brisket and egg tacos. Unfortunately all they did was grab a handful of brisket and made about 30 or 40 tacos worth of eggs and my tacos were basically brisket flavored eggs there was no brisket and the taco. I was little bit disappointed but over all their food is good it’s a nice quick Munch when you’re on the road and I do recommend it I just wish they’d put more meat into their tacos and they do.

Don’t eat at taco laredo. The meat and sauce is nasty AF. If you had some homemade tacos this place is a -10. Other than that everyone is really nice but you better off eating mcdonalds.

Once again this business cant be bothered to have over half of their menu available. The staff at this location is so apathetic in their jobs that they cant even he bothered to answer the simple question of when they will have a particular menu item available.

They made carne asada steak tacos using stew beef. They were incredibly tender, and obscenely full of flavor. When I get back home, I am definitely making some tacos and burritos with stew beef.
