Had a great dining experience at Larb Muang. The restaurant offers a refined take on Northern Thai cuisine, with dishes that are full of flavour yet nicely balanced.

Everything we tried was well prepared and full of character. Even the kids enjoyed the food, which made the experience even better. The atmosphere and flavours made it feel like a little trip to Thailand.

The mango sticky rice with coconut ice cream was definitely a highlight, easily one of the best we’ve had.

What we tried:
Kaitod (Fried Chicken Wings), Mooyor Tod (Fried Vietnamese Sausage), Orderve Muang Platter, Kang Koh (Stir-fried Glass Noodles), Chicken Pad Thai, Chin Neung (Steamed Beef), Sticky Mango Rice with Coconut Ice Cream, Thai Milk Tea, Lychee Juice, Passionfruit Juice, and Mango Juice.

Overall, a very enjoyable meal with great flavours and variety. Worth visiting if you’re looking for authentic Thai food.

Decided to give Larb Muang a second chance since my last visit in April. The menu has changed and added more items, also the flavours are much better compared to the last time. We had a good time there. Service is fast and friendly. Everything was good except the marinated blue crab ( or maybe it’s just not for me ). Such a nice spot for drinking and chilling, will be back soon!

Skip the line at the other place and come here instead! I’m not sure what the fuss is about the other Thai place, but this spot is absolutely delicious. The cocktails are very creative and tasty. The food is great! They’re not skimping here, the portions of meat in the dishes are very generous! And the taste and seasoning is spot on!

What a surprise! Yum! We came here because the food looked appealing in the review. So it’s not only pretty, it’s freaky damn tasty and portion is big for a really good price. This is not your typical food place. Majority foods here are sharable and I recommend you do so too so you can try different things. Love!

I love this place! My favorite Thai place in Toronto! Been here a couple of times now. Great taste with great price.
Their drink menu is super adorable. Cocktail size is great
The sea taste fresh and chewy with their greenish sauce. , super chewy.
Their salmon are really good as well, it’s sweet sour with onions. Love their song choices hahahah

Awesome spot but be prepared for the spice! I really loved the raw marinated blue crab and raw marinated shrimp from here. Everything had the expected bright and intense flavours of thai food and didn’t shy away from the spice.

The ambience gives off a dive bar like vibe with the lower lighting and quirky decor. I was personally a fan.

The dishes were reminiscent of my visit to Chiang Mai. We loved the stir fried morning glory (I wish every Thai restaurant served this), pork rib soup, and minced pork and tomato dip/relish. I also ordered the Nam Ngiaw (Northern thai-style rice vermicelli in curry soup, pork rips, tomato and dried red cotton flower) via delivery on another occasion and enjoyed it. Some of their menu items are for more adventurous eaters!

My second time in Larb Muang and it just keeps getting better. They added more food on their menu and the drink book was so pretty! We literally had a FEAST because there was so much food. I love Thai food, and have lived in Thailand for 3 years so I can attest that the food here is authentic and good. June, our server was so accommodating too! I would 100% recommend. I’m still pretty full as I’m typing this.

The food brought me back to the time I visited Thailand. Very tasty, traditional, and authentic. The restaurant is decorated nicely with beautifully wall drawing. The price is also very affordable arrange from $15-$20 for each dishes, and I love the grilled sea snails really. Another nice discovery and will be in my to go list for future.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was nice. The music wasn’t overbearingly loud like other places. We came at 5 pm so it wasn’t busy and service at that time was good too.

The menu is very different from other Thai places I have been to in the city and the flavours feel authentic. My personal favorite from what we ordered was the marinaded raw salmon. I recommend it if you like Thai food but want a bit of a change of pace from the typical curries and fried rice. One thing I will say is the pictures in the menu look bigger than what you get in real life.
