I ate here last night and, once again, it absolutely delivered. I ordered the Khao soy i and it was hands down the best I’ve ever had. This dish alone would keep me coming back.

The service is consistently excellent. Friendly, attentive, and welcoming every time we visit. My husband ordered the drunken noodles, and the noodle texture was spot on. He did order medium spice, which ended up being a bit hotter than expected, so fair warning if you’re spice-sensitive. That said, the flavor was still great.

Consistently great food, great service, and dishes that clearly get the attention they deserve. A favorite spot for us.

I didn’t have time to dine in but everything looks great on the picture. It looks like a clean and a decent size restaurant. I ordered drunken noodles with pork to go. I asked for medium spicy level and it’s spicy but good. I can’t wait to go back go try more dishes.

We came here on Valentine’s day for dinner as a family. We wanted Thai food and we wanted to give this place a try bc we have seen it when driving around that area. The place is small and cozy no wait time. The food was DELICIOUS very tasty, good flavor, and quantity was fair. everything that we ordered we were all satisfied aswell as the Thai Tea. The only reason I gave a 4 star is because of the customer service. From the moment we came in the guy at the front desk/server/host lacked customer service. Not friendly at all, didn’t communicate as much it just felt awkward, he was not the same with the rest of the people in the restaurant so maybe it was personal idk. Maybe will just order To-go next time if there is a next time. But food is great!

Super random location but incredible new addition to the area! The food was all amazing. If you like Thai street food (just more common not wanting to minimize that it is Laotian food), you will love this place. Bold flavors, they can turn up the spice if you want, grilled meats, sticky rice, you name it. It was ALL really good, my favorites were the Thai Papaya salad, sticky rice, beef jerky, bbq pork. My husband loved the Thai beef laab and Yum Nuer. Also really nice service and family owned.

My hubby and I love Thai food and when we heard about Lao Esan kitchen (the newest Thai restaurant to Lake Elsinore Ca area. We were excited so we went there for dinner.
We ordered three different meals with 2 Thai iced tea’s, all for less than $80.00 that was with a $15.00 tip included. My hubby ordered the Laab Chicken salad which he said was the best he’s ever had and believe me he has tried many.
I ordered the drunken noodles with chicken.
It was also so good!
It was a great deal for the amount of food you get.
So flavorful and delicious!
The service was great too!
We will definitely be back to try their other dishes on the menu.

UPDATE,
So of course we went back and tried a couple of different dishes. I ordered the Ka Soy with chicken and shrimp in it.
It was one of the most amazing dishes I’ve ever tried!! They have so many flavor components that will just blow your mind! This dish has broccoli, carrots, onions, mushrooms, crispy noodle, chicken and shrimp and many more yummy ingredients . There’s so many different flavors going on in this dish and it’s so delicious!! A must try!
My hubby tried their Yum Nuer which is #47 on the menu. It’s the beef salad and he said it was amazing! He got it medium spicy and it was perfect for him. Unfortunately he ate it so fast that I didn’t even get to get a picture of it. Lol
Lao Esan is now our favorite restaurant in Town. We eat there all the time. Trying new dishes as we go. They have so much flavor going on in their dishes. It’s worth the drive that’s for sure. The service is always great too! They are always so nice and welcoming. A must try for sure.

No shade but the food scene in the IE, specifically in Lake Elsinore leaves much to be desired. We have tried several restaurants centering Thai and Asian cuisines and they have been fine. Each time we take a risk on trying new restaurants in this area and we often leave disappointed. However, we were pleasantly surprised with Lao Esan! We had the fried rice, beef salad and Thai tea and were so pleased with the quality and flavors of the food. The staff was also friendly. This is a nice little gem in Lake Elsinore that rivals some of the other eateries in more popular areas. I would definitely encourage people to give Lao Esan a try and perhaps make this a staple in your dining options.

I have no clue where to start, but I adored this place! The food was unbelievably flavorful and so yummy. The Yum Neur blew me away – I’d never had a flavor combo like that before, the mint, cilantro, and lemongrass were so refreshing. I’ll totally order it again. The crab fried rice actually had REAL crab, and the seasoning was perfect. The shrimp fried rice was the same – delicious and well-seasoned. I asked the guy helping us for a recommendation, and he suggested the red curry, which was rich, creamy, and perfectly spicy – I’m obsessed! I’m dying to try the other curries now. It was a 10/10. The orange chicken was super crunchy, the batter-to-chicken ratio was great, and the sauce was perfect. Seriously, everyone should try this place – it’s amazing! Oh, and the Thai tea was just right.
