I placed a mobile order and went in to pick it up. I had to wait almost an hour for it to be ready. The cashier was trying her best, but was pretty much alone considering everytime she asked the cooks for an item needed, they gave her a careless attitude and kept disappearing into the walk in. There was a teenage boy there who was with friends, they all ordered after I had arrived, his friends got there food and ate, while he and I both sat there waiting for our food. Its ridiculous. The employees who work hard and try their best get brought down with the incompetence of their careless coworkers. Do better management.

Hair baked in the biscuits and plastic in my burger in the past. We waited today for a bacon platter and two bacon egg cheese biscuits—waited for 45 minutes and counting in drive thru! We were the fourth car in line too. Still waiting for our food. And it’s dead! Nobody is here. Unbelievable. I’m done with this place. Thank you for proving to us each time you are just not worth it.

I ordered the brew pulled pork bbq burger. It was missing pulled pork still good but c’mon guys! My diet Dr Pepper was just carbonated water. The fries were amazing though!! Guess I have to check everything before I leave!!

Arrived at 1210. 2 cars had yet to order so not terribly busy but still busy. We just now drove away at 105! We got 2 simple combos. So much for FAST food. It appeared there was only one person working the drive thru window and the inside. This falls on management. Do better. Also, food was not warm and soggy.
We are locals and have avoided here due to the same above reasons we experienced many months ago. Decided to give them another shot. Now we definitely have confirmed we wont be back.

Emily and Jeremy were amazing. I was ordering breakfast for my kids and I. We ordered meals but it wasn’t on the menu (it was more expensive) She offered me a better deal and saved me money. Jeremy was also very helpful in the drive Thur window. Very kind and caring. Great with customers.

This chain has gone downhill a lot.
What ever happened to the tasty fries; what I was presented with appeared to not have been fried in oil, and had no seasoning whatsoever.
And my single burger looked like it had been assembled by tossing the makings at a target 4’ from the chef.
No indication whatsoever that the company intended for a consumer to eat and enjoy their offerings.

I had lunch at this Hardee’s at 12pm 2/4/2026 I was undecided on what I wanted to eat luckily the manager or assistant manager came and helped me and my father with the biggie bag which was cheaper then trying to get us to order something expensive. He also did so with a smile and gave personal inputs as well. Extremely good service

Never in my life had I had the pleasure of going to a Hardee’s till we were road tripping through Virginia and stopped here for a litttle breakfast. Eric was an absolutely delightful soul who was warm, kind and helpful in our experience there. His smile and kindness is something that I will carry with me ◡̈ The breakfast biscuit was delicious, too!

12/12 My fiancé went thru the drive thru to get our dinner. 1) He ordered one sweet tea, we received an unsweetened tea or else it was a sweet tea with no sweet. 2) He got a mushroom swiss burger to get home and have a double star burger. 3) His second bite of said burger, a hair pulled out from between the two bugers. 4) The fries were doused in the seasoning, making them over salty. So, needless to say I was only able to eat my burger and even though it wasn’t right, I drank the unsweetened tea. To pay $25+ dollars for dinner and only one edible item is crazy. Not to mention the female working the window was more worried about flirting with the guy inside, the food sat at the window for a minute or two before she finally came over and handed it to him.

The absolutely wort service I’ve ever had anywhere. Took over an hour to get our food and the order was wrong and it was cold. I gave 1 star and that was too much! Not to mention the place was filthy.
