If you order in the drive thru or in the app be sure they didn’t give you someone else’s order. They will promise store food credit for more than you spent on the food you never received. However, if you decline the food credit offer and simply want your money back they will give you another number to call. They will likely tell you that your card will be refunded in 3 days. In a couple more days someone else will call with a smartass tone to try and drag the refund out as long as possible. At this point your only recourse is to file a bank dispute if you paid by debt or credit card. I don’t understand why a company closing hundreds of stores and posting declining profits would try to make the process of correcting their mistake so difficult. There are plenty of other places I can eat and not have to deal with this. I downloaded the app in 2025 I have used it 41 times to now. This doesn’t count drive thru and in store before the app for decades. Wendy’s makes the experience/hassle so I don’t want to come back at all. Wendy’s would rather lose all your future business than refund you $25.38 for an order you never received.

I’ve been to this Wendy’s twice and both times requested my chicken sandwich be made fresh. Each time it was served cold.
When I returned the food, the staff response was unprofessional and dismissive. If a customer asks for food to be made fresh and it’s cold, that should be handled with basic courtesy.
Having the same issue happen more than once, along with poor service when addressing it, is disappointing. I expect better from a Wendy’s location.

Came in to eat dinner inside today:
Bunch of employees just sitting around in the lobby one guy sitting in the corner with his legs up kinda looked unprofessional and other two talking across the store.
Couldn’t get my fav dipping sauce for my nuggets for some reason, and even gave us the wrong nuggets.
Food was good just seemed lil off today

Staff not interested in serving customers.
We arrived for breakfast and the afternoon menu was still visible… No breakfast menu. We asked about it. So they changed 2 of the 5 boards and walked away with us still having not ordered. They didn’t return… So we left.

I don’t have nearby Wendy’s but enjoyed the food. Had trouble understanding the grab bag menu. Service person told me the sandwich I wanted was not in $6 meal. I finally caught on and had good lunch.
