I’ve been going here for years. I always kinda liked the small town vibe. Food was always good. But the quality of the food has really slipped away and service has slowed down tremendously. I expect the owners are trying to cut costs however they possibly can. Normally I just would tell the staff, but there hasn’t been any improvement. The pictures below show what my son ordered for $8: rotten fruit and 2 pieces of fish the size of a crayon. For one adult and a child, $60. We had an appetizer, a kids plate, a burger and 2 drinks.

We got excellent service from Blake, who was extremely accommodating of my cousins allergy concerns. This included grilling his half of the alligator bites rather than frying them (which turned out to be absolutely delicious). This restaurant doesn’t look like much from the outside but I would highly recommend giving it a try!

What an absolute delight! The Mahi Mahi, Red Snapper, Collard Greens, Rice, Fried Okra, Stuffed Clams, and Seafood Chowder were all exquisite! Service was incredible as well! We will be back!

The service was good. The food was good and was out timely. However, this place is on the expensive side and their portion sizes are incredibly small. I received a small cup of coleslaw that was only less than half full. Our plates had us thinking that the restaurant was struggling and trying to cut costs. Although the food was good we won’t return due to the appetizer size portions.

I ordered fried catfish and my husband ordered alligator tacos. Both were amazing and cooked perfectly. The guacamole that came with his tacos was absolutely the best I’ve ever had. The baked oysters as an appetizer was spot on.

Great atmosphere and the food is delicious. This place is consistent each time I go and that’s what I love about it. For this particular visit I ordered the catfish meal with cheese grits. So good!
