I had a great visit for a Wednesday dinner. Pepe, the owner/operator, was present to greet each customer. Nice start. Being present for your staff is good to see. I started with a cold draft Dos Equis, followed by the Trout w a side salad and fries. Nice change from the regular bar/cafeteria food offered throughout the area. Looking forward to my next visit and trying something else. Heard good things about the OG Burger. And the Chicken Tenders being served a table over looked legit! (Lakers is offering breakfast menu on limited days. Thursday thru Sunday) Overall, a great dinner. Thanks Lakers!!

This was our first time visiting this restaurant. We entered through the door in the bar and was greeted by the owner. He explained that to sit outside on the patio we would have to see the hostess to be seated. There was probably 15 people seated on the patio and karaoke was just getting started. A very pleasant young man brought us menus and a couple minutes later we were greeted by our waitress. We placed our drink orders along with our food order and asked that the appetizer (loaded nachos)come out before our food. Well, after waiting longer than I thought it should take to get our appetizers, all of our food came out at the same time! After this I kinda felt like we were invisible to our waitress as it seemed that she was catering to the people with the $750,000 boat tied up to the patio and the regulars. After we were finished eating we asked for a container for our nachos and then she asked if we would like another drink. We initially refused but while waiting for the container and our bill we decided to stay and have another drink. The place was still not crowded but had picked up a bit and karaoke was enjoying to watch. We waited for 20 minutes for our drinks and I finally asked the waitress about them and she replied that she would check on them and thought he was making them now. After another 20 minutes I went up to the bar to see where our drinks were and the bartender (owner) said he must have missed them on the screen and that he would get the right away! I personally think that the waitress forgot to put the order in and didn’t check on them to see where they were. After that we never seen the waitress again and had to ask the owner for our bill. The young man that first greeted us when we sat down brought the bill and the owner picked it up. I kind of felt that we might have gotten an apology for the service or lack there of or maybe the drinks might have been comped but I was wrong. I will say that the food was good but the overall service sucked. Probably our first and last time there.

First time here! We heard very good things from this place and decided to try it out ourselves. We were greeted as soon as we got in. Lovely lady took us to our table outside and the atmosphere was beautiful. Very nicely put together. Our server was so polite and friendly, very attentive. The food came pretty fast and it was absolutely delicious. I think she was the manager but she was so friendly and cared about our experience she knew what she was doing and did it great. She did a great job opening this up. I hope nothing but success for them!

Ever since this place went under, the drinks have been watered down and all the patrons are looking at me sideways. Bring an oxygen tank and full wet-suit for the best experience. 4/5, would go again.

Wanted to try this place out. It was dead. Took longer than it should to get seated. The server was in training and had absolutely no idea what he was doing and mumbled when he talked. Got the fish tacos, they would have probably been better if they weren’t out of the sauce that was supposed to come with them. I wasn’t told they were out till the dish arrived at the table. The server asked me if i wanted any of the salad dressings instead. Had to remind the server the dish comes with a side. I chose the onion rings. They were the nastiest, (I wish I could show the picture I took of them) over cooked rings I have ever tried to eat. I asked the server for one of the drink specials that started at 3pm. He said I will need to ask whoever his replacement was as he would be off shift. Guess who brought me the check @ 3:14pm. The same kid who took my order and told me to ask the next shift server for the drink special.

Update, they made it right and also figured out that they cant serve beers in different glasses because of differences in the ounces. Salad was full of water for our and tomatoes were very over ripe., wings were not crispy, the skin was rubbery still. And for 18 bucks for 6 youd think that detail would never be overlooked. Bathrooms had no soap, place was not even close to busy. We think it was the manager that came to bring us another side salad and made no mention of our experience when she came. Not manager type in my opinion, lack of confidence. My fish was cooked amazing!!! Fish tacos was our second option when we sent the wings back and they were great! Need some improvements forsure

We had an enjoyable visit for lunch today. Nice enough to sit outside on the patio and enjoying the lake. Great music. Wasn’t crazy about the spinach dip appetizer, just a different version, but had great sandwiches. The chicken wrap and chicken club were tasty and loved the fries! Can’t wait to go back and try something else! Especially breakfast! Thanks Lakers!!

Sign by door said $5 margaritas. They charged us $17 because we didn’t want sweet margaritas. So less ingredients added $12? They said they added more tequila. But it wasn’t $12 worth. The nachos were good. The chicken Alfredo tasted like from a jar. Don’t think we will be back. Sad. Has a good lake view.

Great service tonight on one of the busiest weekends of the summer (raft up). Our server was Emma. She along with all the other hardworking young men and women were amazing! I hope Lakers will be here to stay!
