Finally got to try the Cali XL burger. I consider myself a burger man, *clicks tongs in front of grill, makes dad joke*
For me personally, extra onion and a bit of Siracha, but I wanted to let the burger be it’s own burger. Thats a personal preference, core burger, no notes.
This burger hit right for a flat top. Veggies were fresh, wrapped well.
Never once had any issues with customer service. I’m not accusing anybody of anything, but Ian, Lillian and Bernedette seem a little suspicious in my opinion. Happy to be called to the carpet, but those reviews seem unfair.

I went through the drive thru with my mom and son, and got 2 two chicken tenders kids meals and a California classic medium combo meal with some ranch cups.
The chicken stars are so dry my son and I could barely eat them. And the dipping sauce, two cups were open and got all over our food then later after trashing the dipping sauces I found out from the other 3 sauces they gave us that they were expired smh
I really hope my son and I don’t start puking from the little bit of ranch we ate. This place is so disappointing. I will forever prefer the Carl’s Jr on 15th st west.

I changed my opinion on this Carl’s.
Got a great meal today.
The food was fresh, hot, and very enjoable
And I do not notice the extreme price increases that all the other’s competition have put into place.
I am very pleased today.
Update: Not always good.
I wanted a good dinner. And there are many fast food options all around this location.
I opted for Carl’s Jr.
I ordered a Super Star combo.
The meat was old, dry, and luke warm.
So we’re the French fries.
Next time I will go somewhere else.

Horrible customer service here ! A lady named Alicia at the drive thru window was very rude! She said to have the mobile app ready to scan before I got to the window and when I was showing her my phone she said she thought I was using Apple Pay? Then rolled her eyes? Barely reached out the window to give me my food. Only gave me 2 dipping sauce for a 5 piece chicken tender meal and 9 piece jalapeño and a 6 piece jalapeño. Her customer service skills are horrible! No wonder they hardly had any business maybe because customers aren’t happy with the rude service they receive here. Makes me not wanna come to this location that’s why I enjoy going to the location on Avenue L & 10th st west. Guess I’ll be going out of my way from now on. Train your clerks on being nice and if they’re having a bad day to leave that at the door. It’s not the customers fault if their going through something for them to take there nasty attitude out on us.

Came in on Christmas Day at 4pm, was struggling with what to feed the family quickly after coming back from out of town. Was greeted in the drive thru very welcoming and just want to shout out the Manager at this location for being so welcoming and patient. I felt a genuine vibe from her and felt great leaving with my food.

This CJ is very close to my house, so I go here frequently, but usually use the drive-thru. I do eat inside sometimes, so I can say the restaurant is always clean and they bring the food to your table, and check on you if you might need condiments or something. The drive through service is spotty sometimes, although I’ve been using the app for over a year now and when I do, my order is always correct. The quality of the food is almost always very good (I do like CJ food to begin with, so I’m a bit biased). Regardless of the proximity to my house, this is my favorite CJ in the valley.
