What a welcome change to our dining experience while visiting Richmond. We stopped here after visiting my Aunt who is in hospice, (people don’t know what’s going on in your life). The waitress was absolutely wonderful, the food and the atmosphere was even better. Then to find out that they actually spoke Italian made it that much more special for us coming from experiencing a pretty sad day. My husband and I lived in Italy for a few years and to actually have an authentic home cooked Italian meal, I should say Sicilian meal, was such a comforting experience. The food was phenomenal and reminded us of our years in Italy. We can’t thank the restaurant enough! I had Lemon Artichoke Chicken with homemade Angel Hair pasta, pictured above, and my husband has Spaghetti Carbonara.

Delicious! We stopped by on a busy Saturday night – good to see in a small businesses. We ate in the dining room and shared a refreshing bottle of pinot griot. Had the linguine with white clam sauce, and loved it. Meant to take half home – that didn’t happen! This isn’t fine dining, but the kind of place you can drop in any time and feel comfortable. Enjoyed the murals. Our wait staff was friendly and helpful. I’d love to come back for their lunch specials or to pick up a pizza. Must be good because the pick up line was almost to the door. Great place!

The food was absolutely amazing! You could taste that their red sauce was homemade. The salad was fresh and tasty as well! The venue was very clean and all of the staff wore mask. The customer service was great as well. Our waitress came by regularly to check on us to make sure we were ok. Next time I’m in the area and I have a taste for some good Italian food La Vita E’ Bella Ristorante will be where I will be enjoying a good meal! Definitely stop by and check them out. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!

My husband and I ordered the gluten free pizza, and it was phenomenal! Flavor was perfect, crust was crunchy and cooked just right. You would’ve never known it was gluten free!! Two thumbs up from the Adams!

We went the other day for lunch and we had the lunch special, for 8.99 and was well worth it. The Italian sub seemed like a large sub and a good amount of fries., we couldn’t eat it all. I will be back.. service was top notch and very clean restaurant.

The best of the best. Having spent 2 years abroad in Europe, I am pleasantly over joyed to find an Italian restaurant that brings those memories to Glen Allen. By far the best sandwiches, spaghetti and meatballs, and pepperoni roll. The crust of the pepperoni roll is authentic. It is old world. This place is now a staple of my family life. AND they offer espresso!

Excellent Food & Experience! In town for a soccer tournament. Reached out to restaurant early in the week for reservation for 25-30. They were happy to accommodate. We arrived they waited till everyone arrived to take orders. Wait staff did a great job with food and drinks. Food was phenomenal. Not a complaint in the group. I Would HIGHLY recommend this restaurant for not only the quality of their food but for their service as well!!! Thank you very much La Vita!!!
