Food was good. The iced tea was fresh. The only hiccup was caused by 3 large groups. Large groups put a huge load on the staff and kitchen personnel. That said, they could have done a better job allocating the servers. It will not stop me from going back.

We were a big party, gathered there for my sister’s bday. One of the waiters (a big tall guy) yelled at us, specifically threw my sister’s side dish on the table because he got upset since he was asking who’s plate it was and my sister didn’t answer soon enough, she didn’t even know it was hers!!!!!!!! Very rude. We all gasped.

Service was bad from when we first walked in. The waiter took us all the way to the back but it was a lot of seats up front and we had to let them know we wanted to seat up front(because we were the only black peoples in there).they then gave us a dirty table crumbs on the seat and it was wet, it was hot and sticky in the restaurant and we was totally ignored by the waiters. We had to hunt them down just for some water that we never got so we ended up walking out. But our experience here was very unpleasant and we will never go here again. We actually went across the street to Camino real where service is superb and excellent way better treatment and acknowledgment. Black people please stay away from La Siesta Mexican restaurant off Sam Ridley parkway in Smyrna,Tn.

Got my food it had no beans, rice, sour cream or nothing. I couldn’t even cut it with real knife. My sopopilla had chocolate sauce all over it. Seems like they need more options

We ordered donkey burrito, chicken taco salad, combo with taco, relleno, and enchilada and Peruvian fried rice. All good food, big servings. Very nice waitress! Salsa is spicy, little warm, and different from other Mexican restaurants. We hadn’t been here in awhile and will return.
