Been here several, haven’t been disappointed once. Food fresh and made to order. Customer Service was good. A little wait, but worth it. You can also call your order in ahead to save time.

One of the best veggie burritos I’ve ever had! Got it with a grilled jalapeño and both sauces. Staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. Love this food truck!

I’m new to the area and stumbled across this spot on google reviews and a couple of times seeing the food cart in the parking lot, so I thought I’d give it a try tonight. I wanted to try the birria but instead opted in for a carne asada. I spent $18 after taxes and I wasn’t too pleased. The steak was very thin comparable to beef jerky. It was very tough and hard to chew. It did have flavor but it was not like many carne asada I’ve had in the past. The platter came with rice and beans, a side of salad with avocado, grilled onions, jalapeno, 4 tortillas and red/green sauce on the side. Everything else was fine and tasted good but the steak was not it. I’ve had carne asada from other food trucks that were much thicker and tender. I’ve had carne asada from el Salvadorian, Bolivian, and Peruvian restaurants/food carts and maybe carne asada isnt a popular Mexican dish but for the price I was at least expecting a thicker steak. I would’ve taken a pic but cause the steak was so thin i didnt want my food to get cold while typing up this review. I will say, my first experience wont be my last and I think next time around I’ll try something else on their menu like their tacos or birria, but the carne asada is something I wont get and dont recommended. I believe in supporting small owned businesses and everything else about the experience was pleasant. There is plenty of parking spots and the person taking the order spoke fluent English which I know for some is important but for me I could care less. I only rated my experience a 4 star out of 5 cause of the steak and how thin it was but everything was good and flavorful. I will suggest for the owners of the food truck to use a thicker cut of meat or reduce the price of the platter. That dish should not be more than $10-12 for that cut of meat. Wouldn’t even mind paying slightly more for a thicker cut with an addition of some chorizo, but for $16 before taxes is no bueno. Other than that, the food is good. The next time I go back to try other menu items, I will either update my review or type a new review.

Walked by this gem on my way home and decided to give it a try. Best decision I’ve made in a while. FRESH TORTILLAS IN A FOOD TRUCK?! Yes, please. You can taste the love and dedication in the food, they definitely take pride in their craft and I’ll definitely be back. The food was so good I had to call and let them know how much I enjoyed it.
Excellent stuff! A must try.
