We had such a great experience at this Papa Murphy’s! The manager went above and beyond to make sure our order was safe for my daughter, who has celiac disease. Mark took the time to follow every celiac protocol with fresh gloves, clean prep surface, and separate ingredients, and did it all with a genuine smile and great attitude. It’s rare to find someone in food service who truly understands how serious cross-contamination can be, and I can’t thank him enough for taking it seriously while still being friendly and professional.
It’s clear he cares about his customers and runs a great team. We’ll definitely be coming back because of the trust and care he showed us!
