I requested a table for four and the hostess immediately without asking offered me to sit inside. I hinted that all the tables, more than 10, were free outside. She accepted and we followed her. The waiter in charge of that area, did not allow one of the several available umbrellas to be used to cover the sun on our table. We will never go back and we decided so a long time ago, because we prefer to go to La Parrilla located in Sandy Springs. The quality of care from Ana’s team is outstanding. All the servers are friendly and the quality of the food is very good. We advise those who read this comment, to think that most of the time, the managers have different rating and that of the manager of North Druid Hills or her team is 0.

Waitress had an attitude at the beginning but we worked through it. Food came out how it was supposed to be. Didn’t taste fresh or made freshly except the guacamole. I’ll try it again becuase this is my favorite Mexican food franchise.

Love this restaurant. Overall food, and service has never been bad. Always fresh, always hot, and IF you have any issues they fix it no problems. I have never personally eaten anything bad here. Many items on the menu I could recommend.

Delicious food and great service! We loved the chicken fajitas and house frozen margarita. Chips and salsa at the table when we sat down and they were perfect as well. Will be back!

Definitely dissapointed. They served my 2 year old undercooked chicken & I noticed it after she start eating it so it is definitely possible she can get sick from eating the chicken. When I notified our server she didn’t even offer any apology all she said is “let me go get my manager” and quickly left. The manager came and he only offered to make a new meal with “very well done chicken” and I told him no thank you and asked for it to be taken off my bill. In that situation, he definitely could have done more but they did not seem to really care at all.

Nice Mexican restaurant in a very crowded market. Food is standard fare… nothing extraordinary. Restaurant is quite large and has a nice bar.

I wasn’t very happy with the lady there named Luisa. She never acknowledged me when I walked in. I frequent this establishment quite often but I normally go to the Howell Mill location. They told me 15-20 minute wait. I waited 30 minutes. As soon as I walked in the door she looked at me and looked down to send me a text saying my table was ready. It wasn’t busy when I got there and she still didn’t acknowledge me when I came back in. My husband and I spend over $100 every time we visit but I’m likely going to find a new place all together because your Howell Mill locations food has been lacking pretty bad the last couple of months.
