We stopped here on a trip back down to GA. This might be the best Mexican place I’ve ever been to! The salsa was so flavorful and addictive, the chips were a great texture. The arroz con pollo was seasoned nicely and the chicken was delicious and tender. I added a side of Pico de gallo on top of the whole dish and mixed it in. The pico was zesty and fresh. If I’m ever on this route again, I’ll definitely stop here!

Every time I head up 985 to 441 for mountain trips, I make sure to hit this place. It’s connected to a small motel, so if you’re not looking for it you will miss it. Best tacos I’ve ever had and the salsa is delicious. They have a whole complete menu and the service is unobtrusive and friendly. 27 years of hospitality and take my word for it the food here is wonderful Mexican comfort food.

A+++ My husband and I stopped in on a Thursday for an early dinner at 4pm. There was only one other family in there at the time so service was super fast. The restaurant was super clean, great server, our meals were delicious and beer was cold! Don’t listen to the other review of saying it was bad because the restaurant was attached to Days Inn. Authentic Mexican food!! Give it a try!

We were the first ones in the restaurant on the 4th of July. I noticed they scored a 100 on their health department grade. Awesome job!!
The menu has a lot to chose from. The special hot sauce they brought out was excellent and pretty spicy.
I always order veggie fajitas at any Mexican restaurant I go to and for the price I was saddened by the little amount of veggies they give me.
The spinach enchiladas were delicious.
The server was on top of it the whole time.
I will be back. I just won’t order the veggie fajitas.

The staff here are great and kind. I’m troubled about this, but In the interest of public safety, this place has roaches. We came in last night after trick or treating. Before we could finish our meals, a flying roach, the variety many restaurants have problems with, literally crawled across our table and then flew into my lap. I tried to squash it but it flew under the table. We couldn’t finish our food after that. I tipped our waitress and paid w/o making a scene. You all need to call an exterminator right away. These kind of shipping container roaches will infest your place and the motel next door in no time … if they have not already. They are extremely invasive.

One of the best authentic Mexican food in town that is not watered down. Excellent service and staff that speak Spanish and make you feel comfortable . If you order a dish with beef, just double check it’s not ground beef. It is common up here to adjust to the Rabun County demographic. Great vibe…you’ll love it .
