Place was ok only because the girls working 5/4/19 around 7pm werent very welcoming. It almost felt like you were bothering them when you would ask a question about the product since it was my first time there. Also when they would hand you an item it felt like they didnt even want to talk to you they had no courtesy . They both had no customer service skills. I bought a corn and a mangoneada. They were pretty good they only bad thing was their customer service. They should not hire younger people that lack social skills and customer service skills because that only makes their store look bad.

The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that there is not one where I live. Some of our family cannot have dairy. This was the perfect place for us to all come together where we all had options. We all ended up getting non dairy ice cream as they had so many options and they all tasted phenomenal. Everything was sooooo good. The staff was kind, helpful, and patient with us.

Where the ice cream is concerned, on the stick, water and cream based, and huge variety, this place in Lake Elsinore has definitely the upper hand. Not too sugary, infused with real fruit there is very little not to like. The place seemed clean, and the service at the hands of Alejandro, the owner? was respectful and efficient. Some of the varieties, from what I found out, have the Mexican spin where they may add chili to their favorites. Not being from that part of the world I chose more conventional flavors, like Pistachio, which was rather tasty. Now, and since I shop on occasions at Costco, this place is nearby, and well worth the near drive. Making good ice cream, frozen yogurt, and juice bars make La Monarca Michoacana a specialty place to shop. Prices did not seem out of line, and now we know where we prefer to go when it comes to good frozen treats. 4.5 Stars.

Ice cream was super good, went for date night. Only problem we had was the customer service, you can just tell that they don’t want to be there, almost like when we walked in we’re interrupting their conversation, if that makes sense. Overall though, I love it there!

This is a very clean place, its sketchy outside but its safe, no worries. The ice cream is delicious, you get a good size cup of ice cream with just one scoop. There are other snacks in case you dont eat ice cream, are lactose intolerant, or if you’re on a diet.
