We used to like this place. They fresh yogurt. They used to make it instantly. But, know they already have it done and place it in the refrigerator. We don’t like it because sometimes the fruit is not good. We used to go and ask them to make it fresh. Some workers would do it but others won’t. Today, we went and the worker told us they can’t make it fresh that we need to take it from the refrigerator. She claim that the yogurt was fresh from the morning. We thought about it and give her a credit. But, when she gave us the yogurt from the refrigerator it didn’t look right. One of them the strawberry look wrong. They told don’t me to taste it and if I didn’t like it they can offer me another one. But, they said they can’t make it fresh. I told her that I came there 3 days ago and they make it all fresh yogurt for us. I even told her I can pay more for the yogurt. But, she said she couldn’t. We decided not to take it all yogurt from the refrigerator. Its so sad that they don’t listen to their customers. Customers should have what they want. We are paying for a service. I would understand if they were so busy and thats why they can’t make it fresh but there was no customers when we entered the place. We were so disappointed. I hope the manager considered the customer satisfaction and does something about their workers not listening to the customer wants. F.Y.I the lady name is Alejandra A. It’s sad because is the second time that happens this situation. We are considering not coming back. So disappointed ☹️

This is by far my favorite Michoacana.
The only thing that I would mention is that the prices have definitely increased over time (inflation, I get it). For example, the small bag of chips ( papas fritas) is $6.59.
Customer service has always been great.

This is probably the best Ice cream place in the Round Lake Area. Who needs Baskin Robbins when you can get any unimaginable flavor, from Starbucks flavored ice cream to Bubble gum. This place never disappoints. There is always a line but it works in your favor as you will need this time to glance over at the overwhelming menu with so many choices and options. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for ice cream other than Vanilla.

I order 2 corns and nachos. The nacho chips were very stale. Both of my corns were super dry with nearly any mayo or cheese just plain corn. Very disappointed. Don’t recommend this location!

This is definitely the best ice cream in the area! I got a strawberry cheesecake, my husband got a half and half, and my son got a cake batter flavored ice cream. All were amazing! And they PACK THE CUPS! Plus, the folks that work here are so friendly!

I have never had problems buying my favorite food in this place, but this time they charged me a lot of money I grabbed these papitas with cueritos and they gave me in a very bad presentation and I paid about $10.48 dollars for this, if I spend my money is because vale la pena but this time was too much!

I love the staff. The ice-cream and cucumber water (addicted to the water!)is spectacular! Working next door it’s very convenient too 🙂 This place will always be my first choice! Never been here, definitely try them out! You won’t be sorry!
Another great thing, one of main managers (might be partial owner) is always happy to help the workers. I see him every night, which is great to see he cares! Always happy to see their customers and always happy help!
