The staff were all friendly & were helpful with questions. They gave each of our children a card with some points on it to be redeemed in the arcade after we mentioned it was our daughter’s birthday & that’s why we had stopped in. There are a decent amount of food choices. The buffet was kept well stocked & I saw staff cleaning spilled food & stuff regularly around the buffet to keep it neat.

Stopped here for the buffet during dinner time. Gave a nice tip and they asked what sort of pizza we would like made/what sounds good. Not even 10 minutes later that pizza was made fresh and added yo the buffet! Super awesome. It was clean, the food was fresh and tasted great. Overall this Pizza Ranch is a great location to go to.

Not going to lie. The addition of the “Fun Zone”, ruined the Western atmosphere this place had once held. I would’ve given it 5 stars before the addition, honestly. I was completely shocked when I arrived here again after so long. The old signs are gone too. Even my favorite one. “If you sprinkle when you tinkle, be a sweetie and wipe the seatie.”

I love pizza ranch…
Went with my 5 year old stepdaughter and she had a great time. She really liked the mac and cheese pizza (pizza and mac, duh!). The fried chicken was epic—crispy on the outside, juicy inside, she demolished that no problem. She also hit the salad bar hard and actually ate a bunch of veggies, which is huge for her. The soft serve ice cream was a hit.
Staff was really friendly… everyone smiled, said hi, cleared plates quick so we didn’t have to wait, and one guy even helped her reach stuff at the buffet without making a big deal. Made the whole thing easy and relaxed.
The arcade kept her going forever. All the games worked great, no broken ones or anything, she played the ticket games, some racing ones, claw machines, the works. Prize counter was fully stocked with tons of little toys, stuffed animals, candy, even some bigger stuff. She walked out happy with a couple small prizes after cashing in her tickets.
Place was clean, food hot, good vibe overall. Solid spot for kids. We’ll go back.

This was our first visit since the remodel and addition of the Fun Zone arcade. Food was excellent, as always. Staff is courteous, attentive and the restaurant is very clean. We walked through the Fun Zone and the attendant was very thorough in explaining the process in purchasing tickets and where to find the different kinds of games. Although it is a bit loud in the Fun Zone for these grandmother ears, we intend to bring our grandsons here to play- soon! They are going to have a blast.
I have to mention the new soft serve ice cream machine. In addition to the vanilla ice cream choice, they have added chocolate and vanilla/chocolate swirl. Woohoo!! Delicious ice cream.

Lunched here Tuesday w my aunt and mom. As each of us paid the cashier would ask if there was anything we specifically wanted on the buffet? Being last to pay I said “chicken bacon ranch!” He gave me a number on a stand to take to my table. …odd…but ok… I had never did this before so… you take the number so when the requested food comes out; it is brought to you first! You’re asked how much you would like. What?! This is ridiculously amazing!! The food was delicious. For being just after noon it wasn’t busy, so you were worried about getting the last of something. My aunt having never being before I made sure to point out to her the dessert pizzas and area. Thanks Pizza Ranch for friendly service and a delicious lunch!

Instead of just saying no like four other restaurants did, the team member actually checked and let me know that while it wasn’t immediately available, they could make it fresh for me while I was on my way.
When I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome at the register, and just as promised, my stuffing was prepared without hesitation. That level of customer care is rare these days. Most places gave me a hard “no,” but Pizza Ranch took the extra step to make sure I was taken care of.
The hospitality, courtesy, and willingness to go the extra mile have earned my loyalty. Thank you to the staff who made my experience exceptional, your genuine service made my day.

We received a gift card for Pizza Ranch as a gift after the recent passing of our baby girl Serenity Grace. My husband and I decided to have lunch here today and we were very impressed. Upon walking inside, we noticed there was Christian music playing- LOVE THAT. We would’ve spoken to the owner, but they weren’t here. Noah was great, he informed us that they could make any pizza we wanted. We appreciated his helpfullness and quick check in. Very nice young man! We got salads at the salad bar (everything was great and stocked), then when we were finished, Joan visited our table to take our plates and make sure we knew that we could let her know if we need anything. Joan also gave us a card for the survey! I don’t usually fill out surveys but the 2 staff members we encountered today were absolutely wonderful and they deserve to know that. Both Noah and Joan were lovely. 🙂
