This review doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Yesterday I placed a large order of yogurts and elotes. My yogurt was so spoiled and had an odor to it. I called and spoke with Ruben the manager and he told me to drive back and show him the yogurt and he will replace it. He then sarcastically told me if he should close the store so he can deliver me a yogurt since I refused to drive back another 20 minutes. Online it says they deliver !! I refuse to buy from here again!! Be cautious when ordering from this location!!!

Orders a major pice icecram and more than 70 percent of the large cup was sauce and one scoop of ice-cream from extra large and like only 6 mango slices from the cup I do not recommend waisting your money there

Almost forgot to leave a review. Was just in town ans wanted something different that I couldn’t get back home. No places like this by me. I will have to say. The icecream here is amazing. The pistachio was loaded in actual pistachios and the coconut omg…2 of my favorite icecreams and your is the best I’ve ever had. If there was a thousand stars I could rate this place you would have them maxed out. Trust me if I’m here again I’ll be stopping in.

horrible place. DO NOT COME HERE. absolutely filthy dirty and the lady’s are very rude. we asked for a mangonada, which comes w real mangoes and she tried cheating us by only giving us mango sorbet. save your time and energy and go to a real la michoacana.

I got there 30 minutes after they closed, and the door was locked. (I didn’t realize they were closed I just pulled up in my car randomly one night) They saw me at the door and didn’t hesitate to open it and ask me what i wanted even though they were technically closed. I told them i was sorry and didn’t want to bother them if they were closed but they were so nice and said “don’t worry about it, what would you like” i got 3 ice cream bars to try and make it easy, and they were so delicious. These people are very nice and will go above and beyond for you! Thank you again

Horrendous/unhygienic service – they don’t have clear pricing and the lady tried to scam me by not adding mangos. None of the workers even knew english and they charging 0.50 for a plastic spoon. Don’t come here

I’m being a bit generous with the review but I have to be honest, this is the best ice cream you can get in the area. And when I mean, ” the area” I mean the immediate area if Schaumburg and Hoffman Estates, past that it gets pretty relative so to speak. But it’s the best ice cream place in the neighborhood with a great selection. They have roasted chicken and tortillas for a great special. Anyone looking for a quick bite to eat, I highly recommend this place. The chicken is delicious and to be honest I don’t really know about the rest of the reviews on here in reference to the customer service but most of the people that work here are pretty sweet(if not all of them) overall and tend to you pretty fast. They are a family business and deserve the support. God bless you guys.

Love this place! Awesome ice cream and this location also makes fresh made tortillas. 1.99 a lb. Fresh right off the press. Definitely will be going back for the tortillas and of course the ice cream. Mangonada is my favorite. A must try!
