Worst experience! Was always a loyal customer until last night. My order clearly states BACON pizza and cheese bread. They delivered cold chicken wings and a cold sausage pizza. Driver pasted my house twice my son had to run down the road to get the order which was wrong. I called the store only for them to hang up on me 2 times when I asked if I could get my CORRECT order.

I’ve been a loyal customer for about a year. The last couple times I’ve ordered from dominos in Milford Delaware they were completely rude and unprofessional. I asked for my pizza to get remade because it was wayy too much sauce on it. They told me it couldn’t be remade and I couldn’t get a refund. I asked to speak to the manager and she told me she wasn’t speaking to me. I asked if they had hr and anybody higher then them they told me no. This isn’t the first time I went through this with them. I’ve spent hard earned money on this place just to be treated like crap!

I ordered car side pickup two pizzas and a boneless chicken.
I arrived at the end of the estimated order window they provided.
The brought out my pizzas to the car and told me that there was an issue with my chicken and it would be another five minutes.
I waited as my pizza was in my car getting cold.
15 minutes later, not five, I figured they forgot about me, so I went into the store.
Yes, the chicken was waiting under the heat lamp and no one bothered to get them out to me.
Bonus, my pizza should have been kept warm under the heat lamp, but is now ice cold from being in my car.
Extra bonus, my cheese pizza had human hair melted in the cheese… Not the topping I ordered.
This is not the experience I was looking for Dominos. From the store to the trash.
Beware of what you get from this location. They really don’t care about the quality of service or the food you get.

I have been here twice in 6 months and each time the tall bearded gentleman there is so polite, kind, and respectful. My order is correct. The place is clean and the food tastes good. Today an older gray haired gentleman was there and he was polite and helpful.

Was told my food can’t be delivered to me for “security reasons” which either feels racially motivated or seems to be a lie.. either way it’s one of the two. Two hours ago I seen them servicing someone on the exact block I live and called for. I called an order here two days ago to my house. They came. But “Arnold the manager” says this started “last December” (them not servicing the area). I’m quite pissed because the issue they had at my house the last time was no change for anything over $20. So I had to walk a mile to pay for my order. Only to be told they couldn’t give me change on a $40 order?! *by the way nothing was done but me being told “I’m sorry there’s nothing we can do” even after going to the Wawa to grab change and receiving my food cold.. so I’m on a No Serve list because of Your establishments shitty service? Oh and by the way this is the worst language I’ve used thus far^ I didn’t cuss nor yell at them once.

This place is awful. It took 1.5 hours for us to get our order delivered – which ended up being our order being completely wrong. After we called and asked about what happened and tried to get the order fixed, I got cussed out by the manager and was threatened harassment charges after being told I’d get a credit, 2 seconds later I’m hung up on after being screamed at over the phone.

I normally don’t have an issue with this location but last night we ordered two pizzas and cinnamon bread twist, the pizza was cold and the bread twist were beyond sad. Definitely won’t order again for a bit.
