Whoever the two emplo that were working on the date of Januar 25, 2026 at 0900 p.m. keep them and give them a raise! They definitely have changed the way the pizza is cooked from how the previous employees were making it, and now me and my family order from here at least two times within a seven day period

If there was something less than a zero, they would’ve gotten that. Service was awful and food was not up to par. I was not greeted, very little communication coming from employee, looked like they didn’t want to be there, 2 pizzas were doughy, 1 pizza was an oval, all pizzas were more like thin crusts than normal hand tossed and the cheese sticks looked rough. Employee placed the order on the counter and walked away. I had to tell them I ordered 8 extra pizza sauce. The other Papa Johns in town seems to be run a lot better. Avoid this one at all costs.

Horrible!! First time eating at this papa johns..and I will never go back. I was told 20 mins. I get there to pick up my food it’s not ready. 30 mins later they ask my name again and still no pizzas. They didn’t make the pizzas until we had been standing there for 30 mins. Then the boy claimed he couldn’t do a discount or anything because the pizzas were already 6.99. I waited over an hour and spent almost 25 dollars for this crap!! See pictures.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Papa John’s for years but my recent order from here made me discontinue doing business with them. The pizza we ordered 6/18/24 was inedible. It stuck to the bottom of the box, fell apart as we tried to take it out and seemed to be undercooked. The pepperoni was supposed to be crispy but it was not. I contacted the main Papa John’s customer service about this order twice and just requested a partial refund for the pizza since the rest of the food was fine. I requested a call back both times and no one has contacted me. Not sure what has happened to this company but I am not a fan anymore. A simple call or email would have resolved this.

If I could give negative stars I would!! Pizzas arrived with no sauce and no cheese. (I ordered x cheese). Called store and spoke to manager who told me I was incorrect she made the pizzas herself and it is impossible to be wrong.I offered to send pictures but she said no. I asked to be remade and delivered, she begrudgingly agreed to remake but refused redelivery.
Ms. Quasema Scott “Manager” I manage a local hotel and you can rest assured that every guest that asks about pizza delivery will be shown this picture and told how rude and unprofessional you were.
Needless to say we also will not be ordering from Papa John’s for staff meetings, birthdays or any thing else!

I went into the location not knowing what I wanted, the manager (Quasema) took her time and showed me the website and all the different menu selections. She gave some really great recommendations. Despite having other things to do, she took her time and made sure I was satisfied with what I was choosing. She was great. Professional and fast. Great managerial skills.

Placed an order for a Shaq a roni, order of 16 wings, and bacon cheese breadsticks. The restaurant is 6 miles away. Took 90 minutes to get it delivered, and I only got half an order of wings. Will never order from there again. Also, the main label on the pizza box was ripped off.

A little on the fence about our first order here for takeout. I ordered online. Received text message that I would receive updates to my phone as order progressed. I got nothing. I messaged my husband that I ordered. I expected to send him another message when it updated status but nothing happened. My husband let me know he had picked up the order. Just odd. Even more odd, he thought he had wrong location because it appeared closed. It’s very dark there. The food was good. 1 Large 1 Topping Stuffed Crust Pizza and 1 order of breadsticks. 32$ and change.
