The lady there was nice and attentive. However their is also a younger girl that works there that needs to work on her customer service skills. I was waiting and waiting several minutes for my fresas con crema to be ready. I saw her peaking in the back where the kitchen is so I figured they were cutting the strawberries and making the crema that that’s why it was taking a while until 15 – 20 minutes passed by and I asked her if my fresas con crema were ready she looks at me shocked and says yes they’ve been ready there here. She grabbed them from the top of the counter. I told her I wish you have told me they were ready I was waiting and waiting for them. She just looked and me and didn’t even apologize.
Also they never answer their phone. Have been trying to call them for the past 3 days because my little boy bought a toy from there and we forgot it and he’s been telling me to go back and get it

Went there today lady super nice , but i due have to say …what i got was 2 choco banana & it did not taste good can definitely taste the cheap chocolate, & bananas were over due to a ripe taste . As well with the nuts not good either… over priced, also my husband got hot cheetos with cheese asked for a big bag & they gave him a small bag saying thats the biggest size there is & no it was not. Snall bag over priced. But anyways nice owner & atmosphere kinda crowded . First & last time going there.

The lady was a sweet heart. Went with a group of 5 indecisive humans. She was nice enough to let us try some. I recommend tasting before deciding. The ones I tried had a sandy like texture. So I ended up getting the rompope with raisins

It was ok. Good news is noone got sick. Fruit seemed a little over ripe: Especially cantaloupe & watermelon. I threw the cantaloupe out without eating it. My mom & son got ice cream. I tried the strawberry cheesecake ice cream and it tasted a little weird. Also no where to sit. Could be cleaner.

Totally feed up with this store! I’ve gone several times around 8:30pm and it’s always closed!! This time I went on July 28,2022 at 8:25pm and went and it was closed! The two lady’s in the back prepping saw me and made gestures saying it’s closed. Then I point to the business hour sign that says it closes it at 9pm, and it was only 8:25pm and they didn’t bother and just stayed in the back. The owner or manager should be aware, and make sure the employees start cleaning up at closing time.

Warning paleta ice creams have gone bad i really ignored the reviews thinking the ice cream was fine but the first one I had got was vanilla cream with strawberrys in it and also strawberry ice cream on the bottom but all together tasted bitter and the strawberry was sour tasted odd dissolving in your mouth. The other paleta ice cream was a tiramisu one the syrup or whatever they put in it was hard around the edges and had a fridge flavor to it as well as the cream was off putting maybe because of the bread they use not sure but they both actually tasted like they have been in the freezer for a while. So don’t go for paletas ice creams the ice cream on a stick.

New personnel is just clueless. Tried to order a “biónico” and wanted to sell it to me in a cup I even pointed out to the girl helping me at the plastic containers displayed on the wall- she seemed really clueless. Asked another co-worker, same thing-CLUELESS! Hope they get trained properly. Very disappointed.

If you notice something clearly in violation of code, report it because no one else will and no one ever has; that’s why they get away with this, because reviews are powerless and don’t hold up in court.

My mom and I have been craving Tostilocos for months. The Michoacana in Mead Valley was too expensive for the tiny servings they gave us. We came across this location while at Farmer Boys and decided to give them a try. To our dismay they were only slightly better than the Mead Valley location. Ordered 2 large tostilocos and received 2 small. The cueritos weren’t fully cured. The jicama wasn’t ripe, and the cucumbers and jicama were in huge chunks. No point in having the chips if I can’t pick anything up with it.
