I had the worst experience here tonight. I usually come after work around 8:30 – 9:00pm. I’ve had a couple bad experiences here but this one put the icing on the cake. I order a plate, my proteins were teriyaki chicken and honey walnut shrimp. They said it would take 12 min for the teriyaki chicken. I was reluctant (and exhausted )thought it’d be fine but I was so extremely wrong. I’m waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Another lady comes to order and she gets put on hold for the teriyaki chicken as well. However, they offer her a drink while she waits… I wasn’t offered a drink and I had to wait much longer. I’m tired I worked 12 hours today, I just wanted my food so I let that slide. I just tell myself that as long as I get my food first since I only had a plate and I was there before her, it seemed fair to me. But noooooooo, as soon as the teriyaki chicken is done they start on her order. I am at my wits end and leave. My appetite was gone, I had a long day, I wasn’t gonna pay to get disrespected like that. I’m never coming here again even though it’s convenient. I’ve seen these workers before, they served me before but this was unacceptable and rude. Do better.

There’s no line indicator at this location.i choose this location and deeply regret it . the line was going all the way to the outside door and with more people coming on top of that. service was really slow and when it was my turn I got to ask for my food there was nothing left everything was gone and I’ve seen how other panda express restruants work everyone is communicating and even yelling what food they need I saw none of that .the manager was the only one seving and when he asked my choice of food or what I wanted and nothing was there what a total let down. I was offered to wait more time so I gave it 5 even 10 more minutes and still nothing just a blank robot giving me “well be right with you” i got tired of waiting so I asked for something random instead I didn’t even eat it not in my diet what a waste of money.I have never been to a Panda Express that made you wait that long for food worst Panda Express location I have ever gone to!! I didn’t even get to enjoy my lunch with only 5 minutes left to eat my food. what horrible customer service never going here again and advise anyone not to go there unless you want to be late for work or want to compromise a diet.

i usually visit this branch and he’s always served me more or less, but now I visited this branch at night and the manager in black treats us very badly, I asked for 2 kids meals and a 3-items plate
my children’s Plates were chow mein old. when I asked if they could put us on the new one they were doing. i asked for double angus steak and this is what they put me on my plate of a portion made it double… I actually paid more than $10 for this dish to be served like that. wow

We don’t eat a lot from Panda Express as there are plenty of other Chinese Food options out there with better food and more vegetarian options. But when they introduced “Beyond Orange Chicken” to the menu we figured they were talking directly to us so we gave it a try through one of the delivery apps.
What we got was okay. My son and I each got an order of the Beyond Orange Chicken…both were overcooked…but differently so. Mine was REALLY over cooked so the Beyond “Meat” was really tough and hard to eat. His was just a little overcooked so was more tolerable but still not exactly right.
Bummer! If you’re going to cater to vegetarians, especially with faux-meat options, you really need to know how to cook the product…the flavor was good but the overcooked texture ruined it.
I also had regular fried rice which was okay though not super flavorful.
Kudos Panda Express for the vegetarian option…I hope more come a long, and I hope your staff can be properly trained on how to cook it as it should be.

When I went to Panda Express the other day the food didn’t have much flavor. The fried rice and orange chicken didn’t taste like any of the flavors at all. Make the food more flavorful and fresh. This was during the night when I ordered around 8pm

I work up the street. I go here for lunch atleast 4 days a week. The staff are usually the same showing the have a low turnover rate. The food is consistent and the service is always as great. Sometimes it is busy and some rude people like to take it out on the staff for making them wait. But not me.

The orange chicken will make you tear up when you smell it. It’s food for your soul. I could drown in the fried rice. Picture this… a man swimming through a pool of fried rice just sinking, sinking, sinking rice flowing into my mouth and around my head. Anyway ya it’s good. 5/5

To be honest this place was pretty good before for a long time until recently year I believe they changed a new manager which is pretty not friendly with the kids. Also there’s one server is a young 20ish guy always in the store and he is really not respectful with his playing attitude. You can feel he is not really care about whatever he says. He is not helpful and he is not talking polite. I have no idea why this place will be have this kind of server all the time. It’s really need to be trained better or at least have a good manager on set. Also, they will not even have available menu on one hour before it close like probably the available menu is only 3-4 maximum. Anything else will need to wait a 10 minute to make.

I want to give a shout out to Jackie at this location. I rarely receive actual customer service from any business anymore, everything is so automated, and she delivered on service. The app sent my order twice to the store and she called me when the second one came through after I already picked up my order. They didn’t automatically fill it. I was able to get my second order a few days later without any problems. I appreciate the effort, extra mile, and thought put into what is going on at this location. Thank you. I will continue to be a regular customer and recommend it to others.

Best service that I’ve had in quit some time. From the greeting coming in the door to the excellent expeditors behind the counter and cashier checking me and my family out.
All of us got attended to, all the way down to my granddaughter.
And the restaurant was very clean despite being crowded.
