Had the reserved room for a party. When we got there it was already being used. This meant we had no time to setup prior to guest arriving. Whoever is in charge of reservations needs to consider clean-up and set-up time between reservations. Then we closed the door between the main dining room and the reserved area but the building design has no air conditioning vents in that area. It was unbelievably hot and stuffy. The food was excellent. The staff serving us were super helpful and did all they could to assist.

I go here every other week for a knitting group. The staff is also super helpful and kind, and the restaurant is always clean. Occasionally the coffee by the soda fountains won’t be very hot later in the evening but that’s my only real complaint. Food is consistent. Although I will say the crepes while yummy are not feeling enough to be worth their price IMHO.

I recently visited La Madeline and while the food was okay, I didn’t think it was worth the price. I was disappointed to find that the serving sizes for the soup and salad had gotten smaller. The chicken friand was good, but there wasn’t much else that stood out. On the bright side, the parfait was excellent. Overall, I had a decent experience at La Madeline, but I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

Every time I have come to the to go counter it has been the same individual. Poor customer service that can easily be address with leadership that takes the time to train their staff. Prefer the La Mads nearer me on Camp Bowie. We have NEVER had an issue with the Camp Bowie location even when it was so busy the line was out the door!

I give your place 4 stars for the food sale for the service, I believe the manager was the one who helped us and was very nice. But they need to deep clean the place, in fact all the “La Madeleine” cafes that I have been to need a deep cleaning….

Came here just over a year ago was disappointed with cleanliness and service. Tables not cleaned off floor not swept and drink bar a mess also out of condiments.Thought we’d give them another chance but disappointed once again. Though cleaner this time, coffee was literally cold and when I informed cashier she told an employee who acted like it was an inconvenience to replace urn with hot coffee. Seems management hasn’t changed doubt we will ever be back at this location…also doubt management will read this !

Beyond underwhelming. Food was cold and simply not fresh. Most items are prepackaged and just reheated. I was pretty excited to try this place, but it was terrible and after finding that out it makes me not interested. I honestly can’t think of another word to describe. I tried the balsamic salmon and it was nothing more than a discolored, cold piece of fish drizzled with balsamic sauce. Literally cold to the touch. The broccoli was also cold and seasonless, but the rice that accompanied the salmon was steaming hot. I don’t know what type of plating that was, but it surely wasn’t correct. The tea was also flavorless. Since it was my first time trying it, I didn’t know if exchanges or refunds were likely and didn’t want to be rude, so I didn’t even eat it and simply discarded it. Will likely not be back.
