My wife and I enjoyed some tapas there last night. It was quite busy, and they sat us at the sushi bar, which was very comfortable and enjoyable to watch the sushi chefs do their work. My wife got a very creative and delicious plantain roll and I had an avocado salad. We enjoyed a flan for dessert. It was all excellent food and beautifully presented. The owner, Dennis, stopped by and greeted us and was very warm and friendly. The atmosphere is very positive and we will plan to return.

We went here for my Fiancé’s birthday. We’ve been here before and are just so impressed by the decor, the ambiance, and of course the food and drinks. They were able to seat us when we were ready and our server Emily did an amazing job taking care of us. She was able to keep up with the big party of 17 people we brought, recommended some great drinks to the people that hadn’t been there before, and certainly made my Fiancé’s birthday one to remember. Dennis the owner is so spectacular and treated us like family. We went back to the club and had an amazing time dancing the night away. I highly recommend this restaurant for any and all events you have or even a casual night out. We will definitely be coming back and we hope to get Emily again!

Our wedding day was amazing!!! I planned it in a such a short time, with the help and advisement of the entire team: Janice, Lou, Reynaldo and Kelvin pulled my vision together perfectly. Dennis and team were very flexible, accommodating throughout. The price, service, food, drinks and decor went beyond what we imagined. My guests rave about this place and many have become frequent patrons. Highly recommend this local gem for all your pleasures.

Our server Beverly was excellent, friendly, professional, and her recommendations really hit. The bar manager Was very friendly and professional. He helped us security table for leaving giving him they had live music. Food is very delicious to have dinner but if you also want to make it a night out they have great options for live music, DJs and dancing. The dancing is in a separate area. It’s not the same place where you dine. I highly recommend this place specially having a latin background. The atmosphere was good for date night or a business meeting. Depending of the time.

The nightclub at La Fabrica Central is such a vibe. Once the DJ comes on, it turns into a full Latin party — reggaeton, salsa, bachata, everyone actually dancing, not just standing around. It gets packed fast on weekends, but that’s part of the fun. Strong drinks, good energy, and lowkey feels like you’re not even in Cambridge anymore. Perfect spot if you want a fun, loud night out.

3/6/26. Extremely rude – we had 7 girls and they refused One of us to use the restroom while we were in line. What I presume to be the owner came out and denied us service even though all of us were fine (we each had one drink so would not be drunk?) he said it was policy to not let anyone in if they had been drinking… we were not under the influence to the point where we were incoherent. Needless to say, we departed swiftly prior to paying a 25$ cover because they wouldn’t let one of our seven in. The presumed owner said and I quote “write your opinion it’s not true anyway” when we said we’d leave a review. It’s very true how we felt after leaving this establishment. As a frequent La Fabrica attendee, I will not be returning due to this.
