Me and wife went to order dinner( Zaxbys chicken sandwich combo and Cobb salad) food was cold, fries looked like they spilt the whole container of seasoning on it. I received my Cobb salad with 3 pieces of chicken on it. I think they should get some responsible people to work there and check the quality of food before it goes out.

Me and my wife stopped here to get something to eat, took forever to place an order, the people behind the counter were too busy playing around than serving customers. It was just me and one other customer at the counter. I waited fifteen minutes before I went to the counter and asked about my food. The girl who just came in to work asked about my food and said how long I have been waiting and they had just made my order. She apologized. There should be an adult manager and not young teenager’s. Too busy playing around instead of doing their job.

Used Zaxby’s for a work catering lunch. Zach Lashway was able to handle our order and make sure his team had everything ready, fresh and under budget. Never thought he could make it so easy. I ordered the Wingz n Things combo. It’s my go to whenever I visit. I don’t visit often so I’m always hopeful my food will be good. This time my wings were not the best. They tasted like th hey had been sitting for awhile or reheated. They were somewhat rubbery. Not what I expected especially since it was at the beginning of the lunch hour. The service was fast and staff was pleasant.

Great food great service but paper straws. If I had knew this is what you had I would have went somewhere else. You could not be so chap they have a plant based straw that works great for sodas and tea. Just for the record I is 1 straw per sip of drink. Can’t stand for stew to fall apart in soda

Went in with my buddy after a disastrous time at Wendy’s. Much more active and were greeted upon entry. I’m always a fan of the Nibbler’s Meal and we chowed down and left satisfied. Place was pretty clean and staff friendly

I ordered the kick and chicken sandwich with fried pickles. my fries we’re cold and unseasoned My chicken chicken sandwich had barely any chicken on it and barely any sauce the fried pickles were burned to a crisp I had to wait like 15 minutes for the fried pickles
