I understand that a lot of people don’t like their jobs but you’re not supposed to show it to the customers. Not only were they rude and they were two people arguing with each other over the intercom while both trying to take my order but after I paid they insisted I back up 10 ft so I can’t see in the window while they’re preparing my food. Finally after waiting 10 minutes for some nuggets and fries we were served food that was obviously not fresh and literally about 10 fries in each of our fry containers. I understand that they’re just there to get some money but I work hard for mine and I’m sick of wasting it! This place should be shut down in my opinion! Just straight up nasty! I really hope I don’t end up sick.

I would not recommend this KFC if you actually want to eat what you ordered. We ordered 2 things…just 2 things and everything was wrong. How? How can you mess up a plain chicken sandwich and 5 piece tender meal? Seriously management maybe invest in training.

I went through the drive through yesterday around 4:49pm. The female working drive through said what can I do for you? Then stated there is a 10 min wait on chicken. I placed my order and then went to the window and told them I would wait. The girl had an attitude that I wanted to wait for food lol. I thought about just getting my money back and going across the street to Arby’s but I decided to wait and if it took longer than 10 min then I would ask for my money back. When the girl brung my food out she was holding it with two fingers up in the air as if it was a stinky diaper. I asked was there hot sauce and honey in the bag and she she rolled her eyes and walked off. This location has honestly always been the worst KFC on this side of town since 2006. I’m all for second chances but yesterday just proved their standard hasn’t changed at all.

The food is kFC chicken and it’s pretty consistent. Nothing bad to say about it. The service was AWFUL. I mean awful. I made an online order and pulled up to the window. For one thing, they have grilled chicken on the website but not in the store. That should be updated, but ok no big deal. I was asked to come inside before after making an online order which completely defeats the purpose. This time I was asked to “pull up in one of the spaces”. There are no numbered spaces for pick up. Ok, fine. I waited for 20 minutes and then had to go inside since no one came out. The vibe screams “we don’t want to be here”. No greeting, no smiles. I waited for a moment and the cashier asked if I ordered. I patiently told her that I have been waiting for 20 mins. She’s says, “Oh, it’s over there” and vaguely gestures to her right as if she expects me to come behind the counter and get it myself. I was soon handed my food without any acknowledgment of any kind nor an apology. That’s fine, I can fry my own chicken. It probably would have taken just as much time and effort as it was to get it from KFC. Go to a better neighborhood and get better service.
