This is the worst location I’ve ever in my life ate at!!! My wife is a GM and would fire her employees immediately for having the type attitude these employees have all the time it’s no wonder Wendy’s and kfc all around the USA are going out of business I’ve never eaten at a place where the employees have this much attitude in my life if u don’t wanna work it’s simple get another job your customers are the reason y’all are there not to smoke weed or kick it or be on ur phones or ignore the customers and give 15 to 20 min wait times on chicken strips I’ve worked in the restaurant industry almost 25 Years and even hand breading chicken strips to order which I know you would never so never takes more than 5 mins in any fryer let alone a broaster which I’m also familiar with being I’ve been a chef half my life it’s despicable how your employees are killing your bottom line and forcing people to go eat at Sheetz before choosing restaurants we grew up on like KFC and so.on I’m not looking for nothing free but I’d fire the whole store on Euclid Ave in willowby they all literally are the worse employees I’ve ever in my life came across more than 5 times I’ve been told they were out of product or that their only taking doordash orders only so I cant order inside or through drive thru and today was told their fryers were turned off 2 hours before close I know for fact that can’t be the policy my question is if the new twister wraps are selling so well why would u cutoff the fryers that make them 2 hours before closing loosing out on that money for ur bottom line sounds to me like the people who are mgrs need fired and replaced I would gladly love to apply and take the gm job from whoever has it and fire every employee there because they deserve it come on district and regional d.o.’s yll can do so much better!!!!

I ordered a spicy Mac bowl and I received a mashed bowl with 2 inches of hot sauce on top. I threw it away …so disgusting!! They think it’s a joke to play with people’s food. Do not eat from this place!!! EVER!! Trust me you will regret it. I did.

The KFC we went to up on Euclid it was family friendly place employees with very nice the food was very tasty especially the little apple popper shopping a desert it was very tasty it was sad the one KFC on Broadway was closed so me and my wife took a little road trip to go to the one KFC on Euclid about a 25-minute drive but it was worth it I wish there was one closer in my neighborhood but I will be going back to that one cuz it was so fine family friendly and I just might take that little 20-minute road trip just to go to that KFC have a blessed Holiday Inn on New Year

I don’t know what happened to this franchise but let’s talk about it.
Every last kFC in Cleveland has took a turn for the worst.
None of them allow you to check your order before they demand you pull away from the window. Service sucks and they will literally Rob you chicken tenders the size of a nugget
To feed a grown man is crazy!! workers and the managers are from the streets so they think they can talk to people any type of way when you speak up or ask for your money back or refund.
It’s going to be a mess!! Trust me
Cashier is always teenagers that do more talking and playing then working.
I told myself this is my last year eaten from any of them. They lost my trust and I want give them another dime of my money.
Order never be right from any of them if you’re ordering more than just a sandwich and Pop and even then you might have a complaint.
Food done fell off terrible.
But for you KFC lovers count your days!!

Not sure how this place stays in bidness. I was there yesterday at 11:00 a.m. (sign on window states they open at 10:30 a.m.) and a kid came to the window and yelled “we’re not open yet. We open in ten minutes.”
This location has been in a serious nosedive for the last few months. The location on Lakeshore down from E. 185th is a lost cause at this point. So that leaves the Willowick location, also on Lakeshore Blvd.
I love KFC chicken and enjoy the Tuesday 8-pc. dark/$10.oo. Its a good deal — if — IF — you can actually get it.

This KFC was supposed to open at 10:30. It opened at 11 i sat out in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Waiting for them to to open when they finally opened. I went in, I was greeted by a young man in all black, he asked me what was I ordering? I gave him a coupon for a 10 piece mix. I paid the 1699. So I can get it white and dark 10. Piece, he asks me, yes, I said, long story short, when I got home he had given me an 8 piece but there’s no way he works for KFC and can’t count to ten.

First of all , the atmosphere in this place is very hostile , and tense seeing as this place only employs young hood looking and acting people. The food is subpar. And for some odd reason , they close every day at six p m , while other locations in the city are open until ten , sometimes even ten thirty p m. I went to this location today. And this very young guy couldn’t have been no more than about 18 years old stared at me while I was knocking on the door to be let In and when I asked where’s they closed? He shooed me a as if I was Nothing. At this time it was 7:04 p m. Itn Is posted on the door that they are open from 10 AM to 10:30 PM or it may even be the other way around, but it also says the dining area is open until 8 PM. But, as I mentioned in the beginning This place normally closes inside and drive through at six pm and sometimes even earlier! Something needs to be done about this!

I went to the restaurant on Euclid and ordered the chicken sandwich, wedge fries, poppers and a drink. Noticed a sticker on the window saying “No refunds.” Thought that was strange but ok. Got my food and went home. Opened bag. No fries. Then I realized what the no refunds sticker was about. This restaurant is in the habit of getting orders wrong. There must have been so many complaints they had to put a sign/sticker up. No refunds. Plus, they only put a dot of sauce on the sandwich.

I understand that a lot of people don’t like their jobs but you’re not supposed to show it to the customers. Not only were they rude and they were two people arguing with each other over the intercom while both trying to take my order but after I paid they insisted I back up 10 ft so I can’t see in the window while they’re preparing my food. Finally after waiting 10 minutes for some nuggets and fries we were served food that was obviously not fresh and literally about 10 fries in each of our fry containers. I understand that they’re just there to get some money but I work hard for mine and I’m sick of wasting it! This place should be shut down in my opinion! Just straight up nasty! I really hope I don’t end up sick.

I placed my order, noticed they locked the lobby and waited for so I called to see if they could bring it out. I got “we don’t got any chicken sandwiches, cancel it and go to Popeyes”. Well I couldn’t cancel because you confirmed the order!!! Talked to support and got a refund. Corporate tomorrow.
