Great service and atmosphere. I am hesitant to give any feedback that can be misconstrued as negative due to the kindness and courteousness of the staff, however the food was created for melanin-devoid individuals and lacks an authentic flavor that may have been expected. I understand that this is to serve the Orland demographics who may be afraid of anything spicier than ketchup. That being said it is not bad food, but it does not represent what a Mexican restaurant would normally serve abroad.

Their Mesa was seedy and crumbling. Never tasted a tamale like that. Gross to be honest. Same texture and consistency with their flour Mesa. Ewww. Will not be returning.

I came here for 2 tortas de asada and the taste was amazing!! However, having paid $26 for 2 tortas is insane in my opinion. Although the taste of the food was good, the quality was not as good. The bottom portion of the bread just fell apart on both tortas. Will I come back?? Definitely. As soon as the price of a torta doesn’t go over $10 for a medium size

One thing I must mention is that this hidden gem deserves more recognition. While I appreciated the cozy, tucked-away ambiance, I genuinely wish more people knew about this place and could enjoy the outstanding food and hospitality it offers.

Food was quite tasty and flavorful. Easy to get a table on our visit. Had to ask for refills on the beverages and chips. Dishes were well made and were filling. The main issue had was that the prices on the bill were more than what was on the menu. We didn’t have time to inquire about why it was the case, so we just paid it. But, we tried to have a frugal meal, and selected items that were 10 dollars or less, but the bill reflected items that were 17 dollars and 14 dollars. We would be inclined to go back, but we would inquire about the pricing accuracy.
