Now honestly, ive been to this place for a year and it’s my Zen, my comfort zone. Either I’m looking for a good feast to enjoy like a double smash with pepper jack cheese and fries crispy and seasoned to perfection, with a side order of Ghost Pepper Cheese curds, to wanting a cold one! A good roster of drinks! Even better with friends! I recommend this place if you’re looking for a luxury bite, or a cold one! One drink I recommend due to its weird after taste but goes down smoothly and hits where it feels good, the “French toast Devil Dog Oatmeal Stout!” It really does pack a punch!

Love the fact that they use portobello slices for fried mushrooms and not caps like most places. Please enjoy the mostly eaten basket .

It was our first time to this local bar. Super relaxed atmosphere. No hostess and seat yourself. The customer service was great and the food was good. Those white cheddar garlic cheese curds were so good! We also got the bacon smash burger & bone-in Wings w/fries. It started to get busy on Saturday around 5:30 and we found out they do Karaoke every Saturday at 8pm. We will definitely be back!

Stopped in after business for a late lunch on a Wednesday. I’ve heard good things, and we’ve passed by too many times not to stop, so we stopped. It wasn’t too busy, but about 4 or 5 tables. We were greeted by the bartender, that was a good guy and easy to talk to. We ordered a couple of beers, an olive smash burger and turkey bacon ranch wrap. Food came out fairly quickly. The food was hot and crisp, beer was nice and cold everything you could want from a local bar! You can tell this place has a lot of history and pride, be sure to stop in instead of drive by!!

Food and service was ok. Nothing to complain about concerning those things. There are multiple television sets which are great for watching sports. The drawback to this is that the place is kinda loud.

Well, this place is interesting!! Walking in on a Thursday evening around 5:30 and most of the patrons are probably in their 70’s and 80’s. A lot of them couples taking up 4 person tables and none open to spare. There is no hostess so bring a stick to melee with others when a table opens, you will not have time for it to be cleaned. The music is all early 80’s new wave with occasional 80’s rock. Think Frankie goes to Hollywood, A-Ha, Dexy Midnight Runners, with Van Halen’s Jump. Your grandparents probably aren’t a fan of this. The remodel looks pretty nice so there is that.
I sat at the bar and decided to order the food to go. The menu is really small and fills one page – barely. Do you want a burger or a burger? The food took 35 minutes to arrive. It was basically just pre-made warehouse pattys and fries. $12.50 for this? No condiments on the burger, either.
There is no web page, no phone number, no online menu, most reviews and pictures are 5 years old or more. Current reviews aren’t very good. But the place is packed so hey! I’ll probably return in a year or two and try it again.

Drinks are good. Food was limited . Burger was okay. Fries need work. Hope to see their menu grow.

First time back since new ownership, plus only place close that’s opened on a Sunday. Got here around 3 pm, place was mostly empty. Waiter was very nice and took our order, we both got the single smashed burger with fries. Meal came quick and hot., lots of fries and the burger was excellent! We will be back.

We recently visited Buds, and unfortunately, the service was disappointingly slow to the point we didn’t get to eat the food. While I understand that mistakes happen, what made the experience worse was the complete lack of acknowledgment or apology from the staff. There was no communication about the mix up until after an hour of waiting, no check-ins, and certainly no effort to show any empathy.
A simple “we appreciate your patience” or an update on our order in a timely matter would have gone a long way, but instead, we were left feeling ignored. The food itself is usually decent had we had a chance to eat, but the poor service overshadowed the experience. We paid $100 for food we didn’t get to enjoy. I hope management addresses this issue because good service is just as important as good food.
