Truth Matters
I stopped by this location while waiting for work to be done on my car. The breakfast was hot and enjoyable. I ordered the Pancakes special with sausages links and scramble eggs with cheese.

Let’s strat off by saying my coneys were cold not only that it wasn’t a real coney hotdogs is was a regular cheap boiled hotdogs. This use to be one the best coneys in the D but they have lost there touch don’t go there. I sure that my dogs were microwaved because I heard the door close and I was the only one in the restaurant.

Experienced a great deal of disrespect from the Manager over the phone at the Livernois location. He hung up on me after I tried to explain to him that his restaurant is on Postmates, with the menu and pricing and all-allowing people to request orders even though he claims that he’s not on any of the food delivery apps. I told him that it would be best for him to download these apps and investigate,and have his restaurant taken off these apps so that people like me don’t place an order just to have a pending authorization charge that’s double the order,and wait hours for food that won’t even come. He told me to call my financial institution and got upset with me and made it seem like it was my problem instead of even trying to look into the situation. A good business would have said “I’m sorry that happened to you,please call your financial institution and I will investigate the situation on Postmates and get our restaurant removed from the app since we don’t participate with any of the food delivery platforms.” But instead the manager was rude and dismissive and slammed the phone on me. This was my first attempt at supporting this restaurant and now I will never eat there.

Please check your card transactions while your still there, they’re getting down on the ones who don’t pay attention. When I asked about the difference, the cook and the cashier was ready and screamed call your bank, call your bank. My bank said no it’s not them, they added $6.85 on my bill so I’m disputing it with my bank. My 2nd and LAST visit to these thieves…..
