RUDE! On 2 separate occasions I’ve had my order cancelled for no reason. $90+ orders . When I call to ask why, they claim nobody speaks English and hung up on me.

Temperature checks as we walked in the door and social distancing enforced. We had an authentic, delicious and huge meal ordering chicharons as our appetizer and the Guatemala platter for dinner. Also had the blue motorcycle cocktail, packed a punch. Will definitely be back 🙂

I’ve only ever gotten takeout here, and it’s only ever been one item: the Baleada #5. Fresh flatbread, steak, beans, queso fresco, and wonderful seasoning. It’s one of the most delicious and satisfying meals I get anywhere…layered and complex flavors. It’s massive and an incredible value for the price.

The experience was average.. I was the only person eating on a Sunday night.. 1 waitress and 1 security guard.. I remember when the restaurant used to be crowded but those days are over.. I ordered a Torta Pollo and it was average not to mention the $14 price tag. I miss the old days of waitresses showing enthusiasm but I guess people are not a fan of price hikes.. seems like a plate of food has gone up $4 to $5.. I’m almost losing interest in dining at restaurants because the prices are outrageous..

I always like to ask the owner or managers permission before I start taking photographs of the interior of their business. But I did manage a picture of my meal. There was a “slight” language barrier; my meager Spanish would only stretch so far. However, I did leave my name and number in the hope that someone will call me back, so that I will be better able too give their establishment the proper recognition and review that I think that it deserves. This entire establishment was exceptionally clean as were the restrooms. Everything is handicap accessible. The staff were very friendly, courteous and professional. My dish in the picture is a seafood soup. The proper name being; Sopa dear Mariscos estill Hondureno. In any language…it’s fantastic. It’s made with crabs, shrimp, mussels, fish filets, onions, pepper’s and maybe something else. Mine was the Honduran version; which uses a milk base(they have 3 different varietes including mine). The flavor was absolutely outstanding. It’s accompanied by a vegatable rice dish, fresh limes and warm flour tortillas. This definitely gets 5 stars. Enjoy yourself and plan to spend some time there. The portions are that plentiful. If you took the time to read this review, please take a 1/2 second and click like. Thank you.
