This is really nice cafe. I have had breakfast sandwiches and pastries few times. I don’t really want to give 4 star but I think the service can be improved. The cashier is fine but there is busboy should have a basic understanding of customer service.
Thank you.
There’s plenty of searing inside and it looked like a lot of people brought their tech with them so maybe a good option for wfh!
The environment in the place is really good, it’s cozy!
9/16 another doordash experience: Today I Ordered a latte accidentally as a pickup order and went “D’oh!” because I’m definitely not walking 30+mn to go get this. I ordered correctly second time as a Delivery and The staff were attentive enough to send the first latte with my order, which they are not obligated to nor was I expecting it. Goota say that’s Top Notch service. Give these folks a raise and I will keep ordering.
Service: 4/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Overall: One of my go tos for brunch.
Would I come back: Yes.
The extended review…
Food:
Croissant French Toast – 5/5 – One of the best French toasts in the city in my opinion. It’s specific and has a good flavor to it. My guess is it’s all the butter!
Service: 4/5 – Friendly staff.
Ambiance: 4/5 – A very chill and lax vibe. Pay at the counter and get a number. One of the best places in the neighborhood.
Its location does it the biggest favor: it’s really nice to grab a pastry or croissant and hang out in Patricia’s green.
Chocolate tart.
I recommend the pumpkin pie. Frog Hollow Farm also best.
Pot de Cremes not that good. Small/expensive too.
Skip rice pudding. $$$.
