Good morning
This is really nice cafe. I have had breakfast sandwiches and pastries few times. I don’t really want to give 4 star but I think the service can be improved. The cashier is fine but there is busboy should have a basic understanding of customer service.
Thank you.

What a great pastry shop in San Francisco! I got an iced coffee and Ham and Cheese Croissant, which was warm, flaky and delicious. I highly recommend this place for a lively atmosphere, fantastic food and coffee!

A very cute cafe tucked in Hayes! They had a good range of pastries, don’t know if what I just got was a miss but their turkey and Brie croissant wasn’t my fav, although delicious – croissant itself was buttery and nice but I felt like there werent enough filling (?)

There’s plenty of searing inside and it looked like a lot of people brought their tech with them so maybe a good option for wfh!

This cozy French bakery is a must try! Pictured is the pain de chocolate and pistachio raspberry croissant. The pistachio raspberry croissant filling is some of the best I’ve ever had, I’ll be back soon for it! Cozy atmosphere, great staff. Parking is a bit tough and no public restroom, but a great place to hang out!

I was hoping to get a fresh coffee and I was surprised that I needed to grab it from the refrigerator, was a little bit disappointed but the coffee was good and the banana bread.

The environment in the place is really good, it’s cozy!

ordered thru doordash. delicious quiche lorraine and lattes.

9/16 another doordash experience: Today I Ordered a latte accidentally as a pickup order and went “D’oh!” because I’m definitely not walking 30+mn to go get this. I ordered correctly second time as a Delivery and The staff were attentive enough to send the first latte with my order, which they are not obligated to nor was I expecting it. Goota say that’s Top Notch service. Give these folks a raise and I will keep ordering.

Food: 5/5
Service: 4/5
Ambiance: 4/5
Overall: One of my go tos for brunch.
Would I come back: Yes.

The extended review…

Food:

Croissant French Toast – 5/5 – One of the best French toasts in the city in my opinion. It’s specific and has a good flavor to it. My guess is it’s all the butter!

Service: 4/5 – Friendly staff.

Ambiance: 4/5 – A very chill and lax vibe. Pay at the counter and get a number. One of the best places in the neighborhood.

Boulangerie is decidedly second-tier when compared to Arsicault and Tartine, but it’s still quite good!

Its location does it the biggest favor: it’s really nice to grab a pastry or croissant and hang out in Patricia’s green.

Always a pleasure…the people who work here have the worst attitude. I ordered the avocado toast which should come with a side. No side and when I asked about I was told it doesn’t even though the menu says it does.

Best veg delight I had. There’s lot out there
Chocolate tart.
I recommend the pumpkin pie. Frog Hollow Farm also best.

Pot de Cremes not that good. Small/expensive too.
Skip rice pudding. $$$.
