I did a drive thru at the location in Clayton on my way home at 5:50. It become a bit of a tradition for me, but i usually stop at the location in Franklin. I got 2 roast beef sliders, a mozzarella stick, and a ranch chicken wrap. All were good but sadly on the cold side. Normally the sliders are warm and have melted cheese. Not this time. The mozzarella sticks are best hot and didn’t have the typical cheese pull because they were cold. The marina sauce is one of the best out there at fast food. I had never had the chicken wrap before so I didn’t have an idea of what it was supposed to be like (hot or cold), but it was cold and wet, like the ranch had water in it. My dog and I still enjoyed our meal but would have preferred it all to be a hotter temperature.

This store has the worst quality of food. And the worst employees/staff The cheese was just slapped on to the chicken where it’s not even melting and I’ve been to plenty Arby’s where the cheese melts. I waited five minutes for the chicken to be fresh and the cheese still didn’t melt and I told them at the window to make sure that this cheese melts on my chicken slider and they had no regard did not listen to anything that I asked for this by far is the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to please do not go there if you want quality food

Today (10/3/25) my wife and I stopped at Arby’s drive-through in Clayton, GA to inquire whether they had the new Steak Nuggets, and when we were told that they did, we ordered the 9 count. We proceeded to the window to pay and they had lost two items from our order which they corrected at the pay window. We were than asked to wait out front for the rest of our order (Nuggets & French Fries). We waited for more than 10 minutes and they finally brought out our order, so we parked in their lot to eat. The steak nuggets were varying degrees of black and the ff’s were tepid. The meat tasted like deep fried pot roast along with the charcoal and was almost inedible. I’m 85 years old and that’s absolutely the worst crap I’ve ever tasted…if you like Arby’s, stay away from the one in Clayton, GA.

Walked in to place order, it smelled like old fryer oil and the floor felt like it needed a good steam clean. Server was nice and helpful with my order. Decided to make it a To go order because it didn’t feel very clean in the dining area. The food was dried out – a gyro regular and one roast beef. There was no taziki sauce on either order or any offered. For the over priced cost – I won’t be back.

Ordered three sliders. I’m just traveling and passing through. Stand there 20 minutes. Try to find out what’s going on and then they informed me that there’s something wrong with their chicken fryer. Ridiculous. And then when I complained about it, the person behind the counter just said whatever. .

When I returned the sandwich to ask for the turkey to be warmed; I was informed “in my store this sandwich is always served cold.” The lady did make me another. When I said “thank you” her response was a grunt .
Well Clayton GA, may I suggest, you find yourself another ARBY’S to go visit. There are some with good food services and much friendlier service, elsewhere. After all, you are paying for your food!
