My husband and I loved it. The food was authentic home-cooked Mexican food. The hard shell beef shredded Taco was the best I’ve had in years and the chili relleno was gigantic. It was so good. I can’t recommend it enough

The tequila bar was closed so we came here. Large selection of margarita flavirs. The peach margaritas was delicious. And the #13 dinner – yummmm! We will definitely be back.

Food was very good as well as service. There drink prices are high though. Charged $19 for a Cadillac margarita and $14 for a large Modelo. So I think that’s a little too much.

Quick personal service. Waiters were on their “A” game. Courteous and very professional. Dining area and bar are separate, however one can still choose to dine in bar area if desired. Restaurant and restrooms were clean and kept in good order. Nice atmosphere, not overly loud with the music nor chatter- just right. Nice crescent booth seating available for a more intimate setting. The food was just right. Presentable and flavorful. Everything was as ordered. Salsa had a unique flavor, yet very enjoyable. I will go back.

It is a nice Mexican Restaurant, located nearby The Mall of Victor Valley! I came here on the New Year’s Day of 2020! The staff was welcoming and polite. At the same time, they were quite friendly. Furthermore, the prices for meals and drinks were quite fair. The place itself was quite clean. There was ample of space to sit down, and enjoy meals and drinks! Definitely, next time, when I visit the High Desert region, I will visit this establishment! Also, I would recommend to try Margaritas, they are quite delicious!

El Tio Pepe – formerly located at the Victorville Valley Mall. The restaurant has now relocated to palmdale Road in Victorville. Same great good and service. The restaurant has a nice sports bar and serves up outstanding drinks. On Sunday from 10 – 2, they offer a buffet. Price point $$+ higher than most.

We landed at this place after trying to book 14 adults at the other Mexican place down the street for Sunday brunch. Since Sunday brunch is one of the most popular attractions for a Mexican restaurant that serves brunch, this restaurant had some strong competition to deal with. This restaurant is absolutely worth the visit. Very authentic and the food is excellent. The challenge I think they are dealing with is the location. Access to the parking lot for this particular restaurant requires drivers to enter into one of the entrances for the mall and then drive back to its Corner Spot. I can see why that might impact their price point. Either way, I was looking for a Sunday brunch at a Mexican restaurant and this absolutely solved my cravings. Great choice and value. Go!
