A great mid-week night out! Food was excellent and – shall we say – quite abundant. Service very attentive– never an empty glass nor dirty plate on the table. “Old School”… no iPads, no QR codes, no ‘get it yourself’. An excellent evening out on all counts. Many thanks to the team for helping make our visit to White Plains memorable!

Our waiter was excellent! He knew everything on menu and then some! Nice people celebrating their Mom’s 95th Bday who shared real homemade Italian cookies with us! Awesome dinner, good people!

Definitely found this place by accident, and it definitely did not disappoint. I dont eat seafood, the owner personally made my wife and I a swordfish salad with imported hot paste from his hometown in Italy, DELICIOUS, did I mention I don’t eat seafood. Enjoyed the Salad Ala Bocca and the special for the day, a wild boar ragu over homemade pasta. Just go here and have a great meal!

Penne alla vodka that left a lot to be desired. Flavorless and missing the best parts. The sauce was weak and no evidence of the ham they claimed on their menu. I expressed my distaste to the waiter and he insulted my knowledge of penne alla vodka and even proceeded to ask me if it was my first time there. Interestingly enough the lady at the next table said to me that she also is never coming back there again. I don’t blame her. My friend got a ginger ale and even that was not maintained as he had to switch it out for something else. The place needs work.

This place is to be avoided. No hospitality, they serve costco frozen pizza, low quality pasta, server thinks he’s a tough guy, flat soda. If you complain or give feedback, they give you attitude. I kept wondering how can they be in business ‍♂️ just spend your money somewhere else.

You know it’s good when you want to come back the next day. La Bocca is a genuine authentic Italian place which clearly has a God of chefs or a team of Italian grannies working in the kitchen. I haven’t had Italian this good since my childhood. Come for the style, stay for the comfort food. Pictured: Fra Diavolo shrimp, mussels and clams with black linguini.

Saw the decent review while on a business trip near by this restaurant. The service was overrated, and the food was not up to par! Ordered the fry calamari, meatball & sausage with rigatoni, spaghetti carbonara. Total of the bill included tip was $114. The meatballs tastes warm and dry, and the carbonara didn’t taste like carbonara. Coworker and I agreed that it tasted like fat bacons with Alfredo sauce. The pancetta didn’t taste like it, it taste like thick cut fatty bacon. I didn’t bother taking the pictures. It’s not a true authentic Italian restaurant. By the way, it didn’t even have tiramisu for dessert!
