Terrible experienced. Ordered a few bagels and sandwiches for the family. I had a bacon and egg sandwich w th3 bacon charred to death. Must have been cooked over a period of days.. absolutely terrible. Got home with the order and short3d me bagels.. wth

I can’t believe l’ve deprived myself of the joy of eating these bagels all these years. At first I thought they didn’t look that appetizing but DON’T LET APPEARANCES FOOL YOU. The bagel itself has so much flavor — if I didn’t have any cream cheese I would still enjoy it! And it’s kinda crispy on the outside but chewy on the inside. The more I chewed the better the bagel tasted. Also the scallion cream was excellent too. Service was very quick too despite all the other customers. Definitely going to visit again!

The customer service is awful, it is not a welcoming place at all . They treat you as they are doing a favor to you . Specially the old lady that works there . I will NOT come back to this place ever again. Ps .. theres this place only 2min away called bagel one highly recommend . good hospitality & food is amazing .

I’ll go in there quite often and I’ll order the same thing a bagel with cream cheese and extra jelly and they never give me enough jelly. This is. This is a poor excuse for jelly on a bagel. Every time every single time I specifically say extra jelly, loud and clear several times in my sentence I wish I could take a picture and show you the dime sized squirt of jelly. They put on my bagel and the overload of cream cheese.

I have gone in weekly to get bagels for my office and continue to witness rude behavior from employees taking orders. But just recently I have noticed that they lack cleanliness. Walked in on Friday to pick up bagels and witnessing bagels getting kicked around was absolutely appalling. When I asked staff about this, her response was even more appalling. She simply said that it was not my problem and that I should mind my business. I grabbed my bagels and disposed of them when I got into the office.
Decided to give them a another try and once again it was a bad experience. Ordered 6 sandwiches, when asked her to repeat order, she rudely responded that she got my order and refused to repeat it. Order was picked up and sure enough, sandwiches were missing items or made incorrectly and we were 1 sandwich short. Called in and person who answered phone was not apologetic at all, just said she would give me the items that were missing from sandwiches and that I can put them on to sandwiches myself, when asked about incorrect sandwiches she again said ok and moved on. As for the missing sandwich she told me I would need to reorder it and pay for it…..again!

Really good bagels, plush, soft and cooked just right on the inside and shiny and lightly done thin hard shell on the outside. I can’t get good bagels in other states so I bought a couple and enjoyed them and I love the toasted bagel with cream cheese and lettuce tomato and onion. Perfectly done and I enjoyed every bite. This cream cheese bagel only cost me $3 so I can’t beat that. Thank you La Bagel.
I would have given 5 stars if the person who made me the bagel wasn’t so gruffly and annoyed looking and was not friendly. He was fast and efficient but not pleasant.

Amazing bagels and sandwiches! I got a breakfast sandwich and a dozen bagels to bring back to Philadelphia because I have yet to find any bagels there that are up to my spoiled Jersey girl standards. I just wish I could have left a couple bucks tip on my card but unfortunately they don’t have that option and I was out of cash
