I went in person to order my wife and I lunch, they managed to make my food decently, but when it came time to make my wife’s sandwich, I asked for only pepperoni and salami, they added ham anyway, I also requested for spinach on her sandwich, the employee asked “spinach?” Three times while her hand was in the lettuce, and still places lettuce on her sandwich instead of spinach.

As always, an AFFES, restaurant skimping on the portions. What is this an Army DFAC. I pay more and get less. The off-post locations make the wraps where they barely can wrap it. $7 for $3 worth of a wrap. Should’ve gone to McDonald’s and got their $1 wrap. It has more meat then this thing.

Hours are weird so you can’t get food after work. The customer service is usually poor as one of the employees constantly gives customers attitude. The service is also quite slow during lunch time. I have stood in line for over 45 minutes multiple times nearly waiting my lunch time. Hours need to be fixed and customer service needs to be improved.

Been here a few times and I find the customer service to be great. Food is always good too. I only have one main issue with them. Outside of them always being super busy they try to go really fast and get orders done, only thing is they start toasting orders that don’t need to be toasted and I personally really don’t like my bread toasted. At most I will have them warm it but not a full out toast. I’ve come a couple times and the person didn’t even ask just toasted it. When they are busy I have a hard time getting a second to tell them and have had to just let it go. Otherwise they are pretty good for a exchange food court spot.

Only get 2 stars because they got 2 out of 3 sandwiches right. Waited 30 mins in line to get my husband lunch….out of the 3 sandwiches, his was wrong…they got a bunch of sandwiches mixed up. I had to take his lunch to him and he wasn’t able to eat because by the time I was able to get back to return the sandwich, he had to go back to work. They acted like they didn’t want to refund my money, only remake the sandwich, seemed such an inconvenience for them. I will never return.

I was looking forward to quenching my hunger with a footlong , chips , and drink here . The customer service I received from one lady was very rude , she mugged me the whole time and look mad as I was selecting what I wanted on my meal . That made me leave , not putting up with that .

I love Coffee
Ordered a Cold Cut Combo for the first time. I did not know what meats were put on it since the menu does not clearly say but I am not picky. I was surprised to see only bologna included when I opened my sandwich later. It was not very busy as I went at an off time but got my food to go so It was too late when I realized the error.

The lady working yesterday afternoon was one of the most polite, courteous employees of any restaurant I’ve been to recently. Food was expedient and delicious. Counter was superbly clean. Wonderful experience overall.
