We live in Kenosha and went to Gurnee to shop and then stopped at this noodles to get something to eat. I ordered four items in total (which came out to $54.12) and two of them had hair in it and one of them had really old meat. I called right away and was told by James that I would get a full refund and a gift card. When I got there I only got a refund for the two bowls (which came out to $28.23), a weird look from the manager and a whisper to his colleague, and no gift card. I don’t even want the gift card I just want a full refund. They knew exactly which order had the hair in it like they intentionally did it. It was just overall disgusting and weird… I don’t think I was rude or anything to them for them to do something like that to my food. If it was unintentional then that just means this isn’t a clean environment for food which creates and even worse problem.

annalise & nia were so sweet! i had such a great experience with the staff here and for that reason alone i highly recommend it. everyone is so nice always. the food is great, staff is great, atmosphere is great, i could go on! but huge props to the team especially annalise and nia! thanks again girls!
i have a nut allergy (tree nuts) and this is a safe place for me to eat. they recently added pecans to the menu but because they’re in the salads (same with wendy’s) i’ve never had an issue and have eaten here a ton.
i recommend the new garlic bacon mac & cheese and the chicken parmesan those are my favorites. if you’re craving noodles, stop by. be sure to tip the incredible staff! <3

First time eating here and I was impressed. Staff were very friendly and did good keeping the place clean. I ordered the chili garlic ramen, it’s only for a limited time. It was very delicious.

I used to come to this location frequently but It’s been a while since I last came but I feel like they got SO CHEAP on the amount of food they dish out. I opened my bowel and it was literally half full! I easily could have ate two of them and I remember I would have trouble finishing one bowel a while back so what gives? Not only that but the whole ” Would you like to leave a tip” question on the credit card machine is ridiculous, if I am getting my food myself why would I leave you a tip for the job your being paid to do? Go ask your boss for a tip or higher pay. The whole tipping culture is so annoying! Lastly, do not even get me started on the “Gender Neutral” bathrooms here…..There are only Men & Women only

Best cookie EVER! Even got 3 more to take home. Haven’t had anything I’ve disliked here but I keep going back to the buttered noodles with extra parm & extra seasoning- so simple but so delicious! Love the chicken pot stickers & cheesy garlic toast too. It was so good i didn’t even get a picture before we started eating, lol!.

We ordered our meals at 1:47p and weren’t given them until 2:10p. Had they told us before we ordered that they were busy, understaffed, ect and that it was going to be 20 plus minutes we, at the minimum, could have decided to order or leave. 20 plus minutes for fast food seems a touch unreasonable.
Otherwise, the Buffalo Chicken Cheese Mac bowl was okay.

Not sure if it’s because they’re short staffed, but this location was dirty and the utensil/soda area was low on stock on almost everything. The trash bin was overflowing with garbage and dirty dishes. And the food wasn’t good, especially for the price.

We visited this location today (5/13) around 7:15pm even with the locations POS systems down we were easily able to place our order online. The manager on the floor came out to check on us and was super friendly. The whole team working was very organized and fast! They were super busy and managed to get orders out one after the next. We were impressed. Great job team!
