We love the hibachi experience here. Recommend getting miso instead of chicken broth for soup. The salad dressing is some of the best we’ve had—save any leftovers for dipping vegetables. Two shrimp come w meal as an appetizer so my husband just does filet (medium rare) without the add-on. He always is very pleased with the filet. Scallops are plentiful and well caramelized. Always get two meals for the price of one because of leftovers.

Kyushu Japanese Steakhouse in Louisville is a great place to enjoy Japanese food and hibachi. I really enjoyed the food — everything was fresh, flavorful, and well prepared. The hibachi experience was entertaining, and the chef did an excellent job.
The restaurant is clean and well taken care of, and the staff was attentive and friendly throughout the visit. Overall, it was a very enjoyable dining experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good hibachi and a fun meal out.

We were very happy with our experience here tonight. We made a reservation for 6 people at 5:30 and we were quickly seated. The restaurant is fairly large, with an area for normal dining and a large hibachi area. Our server was very friendly and attentive. Our drinks never got below half full thanks to the very attentive staff assisting. Our teppan chef was engaging and did all the typical things that chefs do, which we were happy to watch. Our food was tasty and served in good portions. We also celebrated a birthday and this restaurant had a fun and unique way to sing happy birthday. Overall, a great dinner.

Went to dinner with my hubby last night. Dinner was delicious, the service was fast & excellent! Drinks attentively filled, dishes cleared promptly…but the kicker was the sushi leftovers from my Bento Box. We had a stop to make after & it was warm this evening. I said this to Michelle our server. She said I got you & came back with a container, a bag of ice & another bag to put it all in! Excellent!! Can’t wait to return!

My first time experience at a hibachi. The food quality and quantity were amazing. The ambience was good. Definitely a great place to visit with family and friends. There were a variety of meat options and very limited vegetarian options. I have ordered the Teppan Entree (Teriyaki Chicken) which came with a soup, salad, sautéed veggies and fried rice. Overall the atmosphere was enjoyable and I had a great experience. I would definitely go back with a bigger group this time.

Pretty good hibachi for the area. The yum yum sauce is sweet and the salads are doused with ginger dressing!
The main drawback is the experience isn’t very consistent. I recommend getting an earlier reservation because ours was at 7:30pm and it seemed like everyone was ready to go home. The hibachi show was rushed, food overcooked, and they almost forgot the birthday celebration entirely.

Had a fantastic first time here. Staff were friendly and prompt, and the food for the price was wonderful.
The sushi was made to order in front of myself and my guest, and the hot house sake was good. The fried ice cream was great, but the portion is large so I’d recommend sharing.
I look forward to eating this restaurant again!

We had a great experience at the hibachi table! The chef was great fun, engaging, and full of personality. He interacted wonderfully with the customers, especially the kids, which made the night even more special. The kids enjoyed great food, lots of laughs, and an entertaining show. It was the full package!

Picked up a couple rolls for lunch and got food poisoning. Fish tasted off, unfortunately I was already 15 minutes away from the restaurant when I opened my order and I had somewhere to be, so didn’t have time to go back and ask for a refund. I ate only four pieces before realizing that it wasn’t the freshest, and still got sick. Also the staff member taking my order over the phone wasn’t great at communicating, I had to ask twice to make sure she got my order correctly and she still messed it up and I received mackerel nigiri instead of Ikura that I asked for needless to say I will not be returning.
