Waited In the drive through for 10 mins only to get a wrap that had chicken In it that wasn’t even thoroughly cooked. But the label says hot and fresh. It indeed was not made just the way I like it . Fries were hot/fresh, but I think the chicken being cooked is a little more important

Visiting a fast food restaurant right after the hurricane can be a challenge. A place may lack tomatoes, chicken nuggets, and toilet paper, BUT at this very place, it all will be compensated by welcoming crew. Our family wants to thank one particular crew member, Miss Sophia – you really made our day! Thank you for your patience, assistance, and positive attitude. That’s the first time in years that a staff worker was at the self-serve kiosk with explanation and advice (and we’ve been to many McDonald’s restaurants in at least 10 different states). Thank you for the great experience. This place really stands out because of you, Miss Sophia.

Food is normally good. They have to figure out a different shift change system. Waiting for long periods of time in the drive through because people are changing shifts is not practical.

It has taken 30 minutes to go through the drive through at 10am. Worst time management service ever. The amount of time it is taking to finish one vehicle is crazy. The parking lot barely has any vehicles here as well. Never going back.

I placed my order on the machine and while closing out to pay, the cashier yelled out they didn’t have any iced drinks. Due to that, I wasn’t able to get a frappe with my hotcakes.
The egg biscuit & hashbrowns were hot & delicious!

If I could give a zero start review, I would give zero nothing at all. These people were very rude. Got my order wrong. They didn’t wanna fix. It said they weren’t gonna fix it. If it was wrong again, asked for my food to be a certain way, very disappointed and very mad That was totally uncalled for.

Went through the driveway ordered two plain mchickens two mchickens light mayo add cheese and pickles and a cheese burger Kids meal no ketchup only mustard only pickle got my food stopped to check order before I left all four mchickens were cold and not fresh the two mchickens that had cheese and pickle was loaded with mayo and the kids meal had ketchup on it my little cousin is highly allergic to ketchup I bring the order back in to have it corrected the employees were very rude about it the lady making the food proceeded to say where I could hear them “I don’t care if it’s wrong this time I’m not making it again they will have to deal with it ” I asked for the manager she made them remake the whole order and they messed up the kids meal again I called the manager and her response was “oh I think she did that on purpose ” i will not be eating here ever again and i will be calling corprate tomorrow morning
