Had lunch here today and it was excellent. I ordered the #1 Spicy Noodle, which was extremely generous in portion size and pleasantly spicy without being overwhelming. The broth was outstanding, rich and flavorful with just the right amount of seafood.
We started with the mandu, which were impressively large and tasted great. My wife ordered the #5 Pork Jjajang Myeon and it was spot-on and perfectly balanced.
Prices were reasonable, the service was friendly and fast, and the overall experience was smooth from start to finish. I’ll definitely be back.

Their jambbong is the bomb. There is an older lady with short hair, she is the nicest and provide great customer service. She remembers me after I moved and haven’t come back for a while. This place is a great comfort food. If going 2 people get the combo jambbong with tangsuyuk. That fried pork is the bomb.

Been looking for a good jjampong place and I have traveled for food. We were impressed by the portion of the food. Definitely not stingy with seafood in the soup and Definitely flavorful. Gotta say great service. Fortunately have to say our waitress was really friendly and attentive. Prices is very reasonable. Will be referring friends and family.

I recently visited Imangu Gyodong Jjamppong and tried their Cold Jjamppong and Kkanpung Shrimp. Both dishes were absolutely delicious.
The Cold Jjamppong was super refreshing with just the right amount of spice—it had a cool, clean flavor that still packed a punch. The broth was nice and chilled, which made it really enjoyable, though I personally think it could’ve used just a touch more vinegar to really brighten it up.
The Kkanpung Shrimp was another highlight. The shrimp were perfectly cooked—plump, juicy, and had that satisfying “snap” when you bite into them. The sauce was sweet, tangy, and just a little spicy, which made it really addictive.
Definitely worth a visit if you’re craving something flavorful and satisfying!

A nice place for Korean comfort food. Their food was delicious. I particularly liked jajjangmyeon. The seafood noodle was not very spicy and it’s good for me! It comes with seeet and sour pork as combo. My server speaks English well and I didn’t have cold sweat when trying to communicate with servers like most Korean restaurants I’ve been to.

The food was good though it had to be doctored up with some of the condiments, which is not a problem for me. I did not appreciate the server who took my order. She seemed bothered/annoyed that I had a owner-issued coupon, (signed and everything) meal for having reviewed the restaurant a couple of times. I tried to order their spicy version of their jajangmyeon, which is only 50 cents more than the regular one, but she did not accommodate. I did not take kindly to that and that’s why I’m writing this review. I will recommend it for people who trying to get familiar with Chinese Korean fare, but it definitely left me with a sour vibe in the way I was treated by the older attendant. It is what it is. Salud!

A good spot for Jajjang & Jjampong in Rowland Heights!
A no frills, matter-of-fact spot for some Korean Chinese comfort food. A small but tidy restaurant great for a quick Jjangmyun fix.
I highly recommend this restaurant.
