everytime i come to this location i say i will never come back. it is close to my job so unfortunately it’s my only option out here for subway. the older lady with short hair is INCREDIBLY rude. every time. it’s not like she just had a bad day once (not an excuse to be rude, but i could understand). they do not follow clear directions. Today i ordered online to avoid being treated rudely. my food was prepared incorrectly. my sandwich was not toasted and they did not put the cheese on my sandwich. so over this place!! not the first time they have messed up an order of mine either, on top of the unnecessary rude services. it ruins my day to be treated that way for no reason.

I checked the reviews online to see if there were any negative reviews about the older lady with short dark hair. Sure enough, there is in the review before mine. I ordered curbside for lunch and she stood outside with my order looking frantically for my car. We made eye contact and I had to get out to grab my curbside (I did NOT mind getting out at all – her attitude just threw me completely off) she handed my order to her coworker standing next to her and hurried inside, without saying a word to me. a little taken aback and I believe something should be done about this particular worker.

This is the absolute highest rating I have ever given to a fast food place. This location was above and beyond any Subway I’ve ever been to .. in space, upkeep, bread and other food quality, and overall satisfaction. After eating here on a Wednesday, I wanted to return on that Friday… That never happens with any type of food place not to mention fast food. Can’t wait to return here soon.

Save yourself some time and frustration—just visit another location. Came in on a Monday evening and they had nothing. No bread, two cheese selections, no lettuce, nothing. And the rationale was that “we’re closed tomorrow” as though they’ll never be open again—do better! Why not just close the store today if you were going to have customers putting sandwiches together with scraps? Will certainly drive the extra distance to go to a better location with better management and customer service.

The old lady with short hair is ALWAYS so rude. Don’t come to this subway. It is always non stop rudeness by the employees and they are always out of everything.

I did a mobile order and this was my first time here. They were friendly when I walked in and they had the order already done and waiting. The restaurant is very very clean and they had all the sandwich veggies and meats covered with the glass down. Very professional loved it. I’ll definitely be back thank you!!! Highly recommend!!!!

Very disappointed with this location. The two employees were screaming at each-other. They had people dining in and everyone left, because of the toxic environment. They had another 3-4 people in line waiting and could see them waiting, but made them wait until they just left. They just kept arguing until everyone including myself left.
Most of us went over to Jimmy Johns and the service was perfect.

Horrible service today at 450pm
1st the boy was on the phone with food, then they made my order wrong the girl in there lied to me they don’t make flat bread pizza then told me she dont do refunds.. I walked out there with no food are money had to go out nd eat because they shift on 8/10/24 created me horribly I go there 3times a day nf this was a horrible experience., they don’t want to work then quit..

The food was delicious. We used the mobile order option and received the buy one get 1 free special. Thank you to the two fabulous people that worked today between 4:30pm and 6:30pm. ❤️❤️
