Honestly if I could give 0 stars I would. My husband ordered on the app last night for a pick up ($45 worth of food) at 630, they’re advertised as closing at 7pm. My daughter and I pulled into the parking lot at 640, all of the lights were off, there wasn’t an employee in the building, and doors were locked. My husband went up there after he got off work today to see if we could either get our money back or the sandwiches remade, the new owner told him that they couldn’t do the refund and wouldn’t remake any of the food. He literally gave us the sandwiches from last night after trying to argue and say they were there until 7. This is absolutely horrible customer service and we will not be spending anymore of our money at this location. I work in the food service industry, this is not how you treat the people that pay your bills. I will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone else in the near future.

If you dont tell them light on the sweet onion sauce it will be running down your arm. Tonight’s subs was just a mess. Had my husband bring me lunch to work an both our subs had so much sauce they was falling apart messy. But they always have fresh vegetables an the meats usually good.

I had the worst service with Ruby! When she makes sandwiches she puts hardly anything on it. When someone asks for a sandwich they want to taste the vegetables and the meat, plain and simple! No one, wants eat bread! She needs to be fired!

This is one of the busiest subways I have seen. The ladies working were okay but you could tell they were not in the best of moods because they line was long and stayed long for just the 2 of them. They have gotten really stingy with the amout of meat and veggies the put on the sandwiches. Got a 6″ sandwich and got 2 pieces of meat and one slice of cheese and very little veggies and when asking for more veggies they give me additional piece. And they did not distribute everything evenly either it was all thrown in the middle of the bread.

This location is listed as open until 9 pm on google and Facebook yet when I pulled up to store at 8:15 the workers are playing on phones and the door is locked. Store hours need to be updated if they are listed incorrectly.

Poor service, they never have all of their food on hand. Staff have attitude when asked to help out on the front line. The price is ridiculous. The young man who made my sandwich left the area with his gloves on and came back with the same gloves on and continued to use those same gloves…..yuk.

It was about 30 minutes before close, and the girl that was working was getting upset about people coming in and complaining out loud to the customers and huffing and puffing when people came in. I can understand if it was like 5 minutes before close, just really rude to customers and super passive aggressive.
