These are hands-down the BEST tacos I’ve ever had from a small food camper—honestly, some of the best tacos anywhere! The food is incredibly fresh, the tortillas are fried and made completely from scratch, and you can taste the love in every single bite. The owners are the sweetest people, and you can tell how much pride they put into their food. They seriously need to open a full restaurant someday!
They’re tucked away in the cutest little area, making it the perfect spot for families—especially those with younger kids. Even college students have things to do while waiting on their food, which makes the whole experience even better. Oh, and the prices are crazy cheap which makes it even more perfect for larger families!
But truly… do yourself a favor and stop here. These are the world’s best tacos. So fresh, so flavorful, and absolutely unforgettable!

Kusina Colorado never hesitates to satisfy our Mile High cravings for green chili!! Travis and Lilly not only operate a food truck with the most delicious food in St. Augustine; but my wife and I have the good fortune of calling them friends and neighbors. My favorite dish, is the green chili fries, xtra hot, with xtra shredded pork. We also love their burritos, Filipino sisig, green chili burgers… they can’t miss! Absolutely delicious

This was our first time here. The bahn mi had a generous amount of meat and was very flavorful, and the veggies were fresh. I don’t think it had the typical viet pate, but it was still very good. I am excited to go back and try more.

Kusina Colorado is always an amazing experience. The best service and delicious food! I highly recommend getting the smothered breakfast burrito. Homemade pork belly bacon, and everything tastes super fresh and yummy. Also recommend the hand blended frozen lemonade! Absolutely delicious and worth it. The atmosphere around the food trucks is 10/10 and a great place to take your family. We will be back regularly!!

Genuinely one of the best chicken quesadillas I’ve ever had, and I’ve tried a lot of quesadillas. Stopped on a whim to grab a bite to eat before a tattoo and it was the best decision we’ve made. The people working were very sweet too!

We had the smothered burrito with pork al pastor and the pancit with pork belly. The food was amazing. The portions were very generous. I enjoyed talking with Travis about his food truck. I highly recommend eating here.

Omg. This smothered burrito with pork is a culinary masterpiece. I got spice level 5 and it had its firery moments but overall a beautiful blend of crunch, salt and a touch of sweetness. How in the world do these surprise tater tots stay crispy whilst bathing in this delicious au jous magic? The ambience even in the middle of the day is glorious. Shaded patio, smooth jams and a breeze made this a perfect day out with my daughter. The Cuban was great. The pickles are homemade and real! And the lumpia- perfection. This is a must visit hidden gem to discover, though we are local, we usually get food from the taco place here (which is great too). I want Kusina Colorado to cater my life ❤️ don’t hesitate.
