I’ve been here a few times now with my family, and I have nothing but compliments for the quality of their food and friendliness of the owners and staff. Everyone that we have brought here feels the same. The pizza is great fresh out of the oven and enjoyed while dining in, and their dishes are on another level. One of the few pizzerias that make very fresh dishes, and you can tell immediately. Nothing frozen, nothing pre-made from a bag.

We ordered for take out. They were very honest and said the order would take 45 minutes for 2 pies, 2 subs, 2 eggplant dinners. We got there in 40 minutes and watched people come and go for 20 minutes. We then asked where the order was and the forgot a pie, they gave us one that was sitting for someone else. We had a 10 minute ride back and everything was cold. The pies were terrible, dried out and cold. The chicken parm subs were cold but ok and the eggplant was ok after we heated them up. The mishap on the order was one thing but the pizza was so so at best even after heated up.

Highly recommend the grandma pie with a fresh mozzarella and fresh basil on top definitely satisfies you’re a hunger and your taste buds. The restaurant is clean and has good service. Moving along the NJ Pizza Tour in Morris County brings us to New York Pizza in Chester. Chef Shabo could not be nicer or more accommodating. The place was clean and staff was nice. The slice was an above average slice where the crust spoke to you first. Cooked perfectly, then the Grande Cheese gives you the best Pizza Cheese and finally the sauce. Would have loved to taste more of the sauce to go with the cheese and the crust. You can tell Shabo takes a lot of pride in his products and places a high value on his customers. This was one of the best in Chester, see where they will Rank in the Morris County rankings. Worth stopping for sure, the speciality pizzas looked great, especially the sicilian. Great Job New York Pizza of Chester.

I was hungry when I left work, I also wanted to surprise my wife. I googled “best pizza near me” and this came up.
I got two slices of mediterranean pizza. The smell of it was so good that I couldn’t resist and I started having small bites on the way back to home.
I came back yesterday for the second time, and I ordered the same pizza which which my wife and I, we both liked.
