Great food. Reasonable pricing. Quaint environment. Authentic food. This place goes on an cylinders for sure. It’s been around for awhile. Makes for great lunch or dinner. Highly recommend for an out of the way place that’s will tantalize your taste buds with Japanese cuisine.

This place is one of the better sushi places in town. It is usually empty but the taste is awesome. My only gripe is that a lot of the rolls are tempura. But other than that, a huge selection. It is also nice that the rolls come out after each one is made and not all at once. Great appetizers as well. I have not eaten anything else there though.

I’ve ordered DoorDash from them in the past and it’s ALWAYS hit or miss. Tonight was the worst it has ever been. The fish in the sushi was concerning so I didn’t take a chance and eat it, the cutting on the sushi was horrible. They charge $7.20 on DoorDash for edamame and this was the amount in the box. I tried to call, so they would be aware of what happened and the person that answered claimed she was the one that made it and couldn’t understand what I was trying to say. Honestly the sushi looked like something I tried to make myself at home. Then the omusubi I ordered still had a pit in the plum and maybe they changed the way they used to make it, but that’s dangerous. Oh well, at least there are other sushi places to eat at/ order from.

Taste is amazing, traditional Japanese food. You can try the curry rice with fried meat( pork or chicken) but the meat is a little bit dry, not juicy enough. The hand roll is also very awesome, you can try salmon skin. All in all, a good place to have a try.

Good place for dinner. Had some sushi roll and an Udon soup. Very good tasting. Service was a bit chaotic as it was busy and there were a lot of takeout orders. Will definitely go back. Prices are very reasonable and the food is fresh. Small restaurant especially with social distancing.
Menu is extensive and well priced. Plenty of parking in front.

I’ve been here three times now and I’ve wanted it to improve but it never does. I don’t recommend it. The atmosphere is… weird, unfinished and feels kind of unkept. That doesn’t really bother me but the food…
My ramen was served with cold pork. The ramen was over salted. The egg was beyond hard boiled and I wasn’t even asked how I wanted it. The egg also looked like it was barely marinated. The only thing that looked fresh were the green onions. The starter salad peanut salad was lent rich or thick but sad and “liquidy.” The salmon carpaccio was mediocre at best and I was worried about eating more than one piece. The noodle bowl my friend ordered looked OK but the vegetables looked sad.
Anyways, the service was OK.
I will not be going back.

Our meal was tasty and service was kind and humorous. We enjoyed dinner very much. We ordered gyoza, two obentos with salmon, beef teriyaki don, and nabeyaki udon soup. (The noodles were a little too soft.) The place is simple and clean. We will return.

Kuniko’s offers a small casual atmosphere, and excellent food at a good price. Dishes are the traditional Japanese fare, with Sushi, Udon, etc. on the menu. Alcoholic beverages are limited to the three major Japanese beer brands, Coors light, and a selection of wines. Highly recommended if you want a good, solid, satisfying meal.

Best teriyaki in town! Always a friendly staff, great sushi, great food overall, and great prices! They could use a soda machine instead of cans, but minor issue for such a good place.

I love this place!! I seriously feel like I’m at my long lost Japanese family’s house when I’m here! Can’t say enough good things. Fantastic ramen. Both the miso, and spicy miso are great choices. Amazing gyoza dumplings. And great service!
