I wish I could give this 5 stars. The all you can eat bbq meat was good. And the sides like miso soup was delicious. However the grill they put us at only half would get warm then it would just stop working. Meat was taking a long time to cook.
Had to move us to a different table. It started to work better but we realize the grills are on timers or something for the fire goes down.
We had to turn it up ourself.
We paid 150$ for 2 adults and 2 children with drinks. Great experience. Our waiter made it 3 stars. Thank you.

Delicious food but not kid friendly. I find it strange that kids still have to pay when they don’t eat anything except the rice. It’s obvious because we only get two rounds of meat. We had left overs and couldn’t take those home. We just put it in our pho but imagine if we didn’t have that container. Please don’t waste food left ppl take it home.

Went on a Sunday afternoon around noon. Wait time was less than 10 mins to be seat. Friendly service, clean environment. Bathrooms were clean. We had the BBQ and we were given a lot of food. Waiter was quick and friendly. We tried a little bit of all the meats. Pork, shrimp, octopus, beef. Sides were seasoned broccoli, noodles, rice, cucumbers. We weren’t rushed and were able to enjoy our time and the atmosphere. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will be eating here again.

Probably best in the area. Not the best I’ve tried but the best in Visalia for Pho. Their crispy fried shrimp is hands down the best I’ve had.

A large beef pho has 5 slices of meat.The price and the quality of food is extremely unmatched. We’ve been eating here for years, raise your price and raise your quality too. And there is a 15% gratuity now which I wasn’t aware of, end up giving extra 10% on top of the 15% I mean at least let the customer know while they pay. I found out cause I asked for the receipt after the payment.

First off, when I got there, I needed to use the bathroom. The bathroom was dirty. The trash cans in the bathroom are filled with dirty toilet paper and hair all over the skins. We wait about 20 minutes, to get seated and when we did the hostess at the front just point to a table to go to, when we arrive the table only had 1 chair and I was with a party of 3, I had to find myself chairs because there was no one on the floor that I could’ve asked for some. The hostess didn’t even walk us to the table, nor did he seat us down with any menus. The waiter came about 10 minutes afterwards asking if we were ready to order when we didn’t even see the menu yet. That was already off to a bad start. We ordered but our main entree got there before our appetizer did. We ate, food was like 7/10. They have mad AC blowing over you, so my PHO was pretty cold as I ate it. We finished eating and didn’t hear from the waiter at all, he gave us the food and left. We waited for someone to come for about 15-20 minutes and eventually I had to go to the front to ask for my tab and for a to go box. The lady at the front said my tab was 30$+ then it originally was. I know this because we didn’t order much food. So L service please do not go here if you don’t want to be angry, the tables are sticky as well as the condiments, and you sit next to dusty decorations also lmao.

The food tasted fairly good. Decent flavor in the pho. But it took forever to be helped after we were sat. Service was completely terrible, drinks never refilled and forgot our order of chicken wings. Only like four of their tables available actually had bbq available so the wait was quite long for people who wanted to do that. The people next to us had to wait so long that they needed to actually get up and get a server. Good food overall but would never go again.

The food is so good, I totally recommend the thai tea and some calamari rings! The service is great every single time, they are very helpful when you need something or have a question. We have been there during busy times too so it can be a little overwhelming when it’s very packed.
Only thing I realize is some people lose patience when waiting to be called for a table, especially for people who come in for BBQ.

Meat smells extremely bad. Even worse than anything you can get from any market.

I am a fan of their fried chicken with fried rice, but I’m disappointed this time when I returned. Their price went up from around $17 to $20 dollars. They used to put lots of garlic, but now there’s none. I even specifically asked for more garlic for my chicken, but they did not put any. I won’t be back for a while I think. They need to improve their food quality for the price they charge.
